Farmland, vistas, view of the Penokee hills, river crossings. Services in Marengo; bars in so close to town! Sanborn. Roads good to excellent, traffic low to moderate on Hwy 112 and Hwy 13 (good shoulder on Hwy 13). Park in 15 Drummond – Iron River Loop Sanborn. Ride begins at intersection of Cty Hwy E and C at south end of Sanborn; alternately, park in Marengo. 47.6 miles. Moderate to difficult. Great variety of scenery, woods, vistas, lakes, hills, straightaways, blueberry patches. 5 Ashland to Odanah Out & Back Food and services in Iron River and Drummond; food in Delta. Roads good to excellent, traffic low to moderate. Park in Drummond or Iron River. 20 miles. Easy – flat farmland and woods. Rides past a scenic cemetery. No services in Odanah. Road excellent, traffic low. Park at 11th Ave. E. and E. Main St. in Ashland next to small city park. Follow 11th Ave. E. south out of 16 Mason – Delta Loop town until it turns into Cty Hwy A. Follow Cty Hwy A to Hwy 2 and turn around. 17.3 miles. Easy to moderate. Beautiful rolling hills, vistas, picnic/dip in White River just past corner of Sutherland/ 6 Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center to Moquah Out & Back Mason-Delta Rd.
