A prenatal program that promotes healthy choices which helps Come and join us for weekly playgroups and families have the heathiest baby possible. The goal of Learn & Play sessions! The program is to promote good nutrition practices and positive lifestyle choices. This program will be offered virtually through Zoom on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:00 am.
