FRIDAY, JULY 4 Lavell Edwards Stadium Six time Grammy Award winning will be the headliner, with , and J. R. MARTINEZ, former US Army soldier and winner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars as the host. The night will include the popular Stadium of Fire Dancers and the biggest stadium fireworks show in America with other great surprises.

FIREWORK RESTRICTIONS

DUE TO DRY, HAZARDOUS FIRE CONDITIONS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING LOCAL FIREWORKS RESTRICTIONS It shall be unlawful to discharge fireworks or other pyrotechnic devices in the following areas »» Restricted areas as identified on the map available at www.provo.org »» All areas of Provo City within 20 feet of combustible weeds, grasses, trees, shrubs, fences, or structures. »» Provo City parks unless specifically designated for use of consumer fireworks. Use of consumer fireworks shall comply with the following laws, ordinances, or rules: • All fireworks shall be on the approved list adopted by the Utah State Fire Marshal. JEREMY MILLET Jeremy was born and raised in Provo. He started with Provo Fire in 1996 and received his Paramedic Certification from Weber State and his AAS from UVU. Jeremy has held the positions of Fire Fighter, EMT, Paramedic, and Engineer. He is currently the Fire Captain for Station 23. Jeremy has been married for 24 years and has 3 beautiful daughters.
