See page 3 STADIUM OF FIRE FRIDAY, JULY 4 Lavell Edwards Stadium Six time Grammy Award winning CARRIE UNDERWOOD will be the headliner, with STUDIO C, and J. R. MARTINEZ, former US Army soldier and winner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars as the host. The night will include the popular Stadium of Fire Dancers and the biggest stadium fireworks show in America with other great surprises. Violators are subject to maximum fines under the law EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH JEREMY MILLET Jeremy was born and raised in Provo. He started with Provo Fire in 1996 and received his Paramedic Certification from Weber State and his AAS from UVU. Jeremy has held the positions of Fire Fighter, EMT, Paramedic, and Engineer.
