Directions from Brussels National Airport / Zaventem (BRU) There are two ways to reach our office by train from the airport: 1. Take the intercity (IC) train to Bruxelles-Luxembourg (8,90 €) Walk to Rue de Namur 72 (approx. 14min): By bus (approx. 8min, 2,10 €): - Head toward Luxemburgplein/Place du - Head toward Luxemburgplein/Place Luxembourg du Luxembourg - Cross Luxemburgplein/Place du Luxembourg - When facing Luxemburgplein/Place du - Head down Rue du Luxembourg, turn left to find bus stop B Luxembourg/Luxemburgstraat - Take bus or towards Porte de - Cross the large dual carriageway Namur/Naamsepoort - Turn left onto Boulevard du Régent/Regentlaan - Get off at Porte de - Follow Boulevard du Régent/Regentlaan until Namur/Naamsepoort and turn right you reach Rue de Namur/Naamsestraat onto Rue de Namur/Naamsestraat - Turn right and walk down Rue de - The office will be on the right Namur/Naamsestraat - The office will be on the right

Tickets cost 4,50 € when bought at a ticket machine and 6,00 € when bought from the bus driver. For more info, click here. 1. The bus station is located at level 0 – one floor down from the Arrivals Hall. An escalator and elevator are available. 2. Head towards platform C and wait for the bus or towards Bruxelles- Luxembourg. There are ticket machines at the bus stop. 3. Get off at Bruxelles-Luxembourg and follow the instructions above on how to reach our office from there.

Directions from Brussels South Airport (CRL) If your flight is to Charleroi Airport, there are two main ways of getting to our office:

• The Brussels Shuttle bus, operated by flibco. o The bus takes you to Bruxelles-Midi station (see below) o Price (indicative only): 14.20 € By train (SNCB) o Visit the thetrain.be website to book your ticket online. o When entering your journey details, make sure to select ▪ “TICKETS CHARLEROI AIRPORT” and ▪ “TICKET FROM CHARLEROI AIRPORT” as circled below in red ▪ This will ensure that your TEC bus journey to the train station is included ▪ Select ZONE BRUXELLES as your destination ▪ Get off at Bruxelles-Midi and follow the instructions above o Make sure you print your ticket to allow TEC to check it o Price (indicative only): 15.50 €

Coming by car

• Parking in central Brussels can be very restricted, therefore travelling by car to the city centre is not usually advisable. • However, there are several Park and rides you can use. You can leave your car at these designated Park and ride locations and complete your journey to central Brussels by public transport, usually the metro (2,10 €). • If arriving to our office by metro, remember to get off at Porte de Namur/Naamsepoort (lines and ) and leave the station at Exit 4 towards Rue de Namur/Naamsestraat.
