Today we are Dreaming the Highest Dream. Knowing how to eject the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge. Limi 27. Limi Purifies. Today we have the evaluation and the synthesis, power ripens fruit, the day of transcendence. The fruit of the synchronic order is now within each and every one of us. I cannot help but express my love for all of you and the excitement I feel in coming to our final meditation together because on this yellow day we complete Harmonic 33, "Formulate Free Will of Challenge."
Kin 132, Yellow Lunar Human
I polarize in order to influence Stabilizing wisdom I seal the process of free will With the lunar tone of challenge I am guided by the power of flowering
Without a challenge we would never grow. Polarizing means to be able to move. If we tried to hold always on a straight line we would not be able to be human. So we polarize in order to influence. What this means is to remember to listen to our Holon and then to stabilize the wisdom of the Holon - so that we may seal the process of free will, because - this life is a process. We always say: life is a process and then we die. We need to practice that every moment - to be awake in the moment, and to know that it is a beautiful moment to die ... To die to our ego, to die to that bag of tricks that we are going to leave behind us. Limi 27 - in your 7:7::7:7 card this is Galactic-Karmic Neptune - that refers to the Dragon, which folds down from the Telektonon flow, so it is connected to the Spirit Tower. When you receive your kit of the 7:7::7:7 you would read on Limi 27, "I consume dualistic thoughts as food. I purify the Mental Electron at the North Pole." Then you would place all of that in your Manipura chakra, which is your solar plexus. And then today, because today is a Human day, we are also working with the yellow flower petal in our heart, to receive the white magnet.
So today in the Telektonon Prophecy we have the "Human," section xii, "Time's Special Witness"
Meditation 28: 1 "People of the Dawn, People of the Book, Children of the Day of Truth - many messengers have been sent to you, many prophets have been given to you. A Book of Enlightenment has been placed in the Earth for all to read in communion with the Earth. A Book of Dark Prophecies has been left with you. A prophecy of Thirteen Heavens and Nine Hells to accompany the Book of Dark Prophecies has also been left with you. A great prophet and messenger has left you clear signs to understand and a Book of Unassailable Righteousness, the Holy Qur’an.
"As the special witness of time, I have left for you my talking stone, Telektonon, breath of precious Bolon Ik, and sent you both a prophet Quetzalcoatl of sacred Xochicalco. And, for the day of truth, I have appointed also a special messenger who can hear my talking stone and write and explain its numbers and its meaning for you, Children of the Righteous.
"Do not doubt any of this, when the moment comes for him who is to be the 11th in succession to succeed the one 11 Serpent, then join the believers and begin the prophecy that liberates from all kings and successors.
"Ten Witnesses I place around my tomb, ten Uranian emissaries, one each for each of ten Baktuns, of these am I the eleventh. Who would be the eleventh in the final succession of the Kings of Mexico must own me as the eleventh, then will all go well. Six messengers did I place on my talking stone of prophecy. And finally the reading for the 260 Postulates, 12.2:
"Principle uses of telepathic technologies and time travel are for restoration of personal magnetism and vitality, correction of imbalanced collective social patterns including the elimination of toxic waste, the creation of the circumpolar rings, the restoration of the interplanetary flux tube system, and the exploration of higher dimensional (galactic universal life) spiritual functions of the super and subliminal consciousness."
And for Limi 27, of the 24 Elder Futhark we have Jera, the Law of Alternation. How perfect the synchronic order, because Jera is the Law of Alternation - so I would really appreciate if all of you remember that a Lunar Tone day is a beautiful day. Your antipode is a beautiful day, because you must learn to be your antipode, to challenge yourself. You must always move into your difficulties, holding the chalice high and strong. Even if you become off balance, you still always come back to the center, here and now, and remember the chalice of your being which is your Holon fully aligned with the Divine Plan. I am nothing without the presence of God, and I live in submission to the will of God. And I appreciate all that God has given me - all the difficulties I have experienced and all of the joy that I have experienced. A respiration of love and that comes forward ...
Meditation 28: 2
Valum Votan: We should actually all be very happy. I would hope that the tears that you are experiencing are the tears of gratitude and profound happiness. It is only the bodies that are separate. If you are in love, then the hearts are never separated. We are here to learn the power of telepathy. We will never forget each other.
This is meditation number 28. As Mono Resonante taught me yesterday, "Ve en ti ocho." (Spanish language pun for 28 which sounds like: "I see eight in yourself") The eight is the infinity sign. He also taught me, "Ve en ti uno" (Spanish language pun for 21, which sounds like: "I see one in yourself") So this is really how it is. The meditation number 28 looks like this {Demonstrates graphic, Arcanum of the Transcendence}. This is the transcendence. So on the bottom of that picture there is nothing but an archaeological map of a physical ruin. That is all that our bodies are, an archaeological map of a physical ruin. So please don't take yourselves so seriously. From the ruin of our physical body self arises the transcendent being that goes beyond the imagination. It is all of us in one. It is, "ve en ti ocho" (28) and "ve en ti uno" (21) and when we see, "ve en ti ocho" and "ve en ti uno," we have 49 days, and that is the (number of) days of the Bardo. This is day 48 - and tomorrow we will complete the Bardo with a very simple and beautiful ceremony.
So this is meditation number 28: "From the Eternal Now Arise Cycles of Infinite Order." Each moment is all being and all being is each moment. The here and now is the entrance into the here-after. The here-after is the entrance into the eternal dimensions. And the eternal dimensions are each coded and numbered by the celestial harmonics of the Law of Time.
So we have the great paradox of the eternal now. At the same time we also have knowledge of the access to the eternal dimensions that arise from the here and now. One blade grass is all blades of grass. One human being is all human beings. So I am all of you and each one of you is all of everyone else. So there really is nothing else. Bolon Ik said that before the presence of God she is nothing. And I would also say that in the presence of God we are even less than nothing. If we could really see God we would be absolutely nothing. You would be dissolved. You would be a swimming little nothing in a great sea of Galactic Being. So this is how it is.
Today we are completing the 33rd Harmonic. There is only the time-being. This is what the Zen master Dogen wrote about - being time and all there is is time-being. We have the expression, "Well, for the time-being, that's all there is." But from this we find a very profound truth. Somehow or other, we have forgotten that, for the time-being, that's all there is. So we have to come all the way to Chile to be reminded of this, day after day, 28 teachings to be reminded of this. For the time-being, this is all there is. And yet, we know that we have a mind that is curious like a monkey, there must be something else. So we said, "Fine, we will make the Law of Time and then you can have something more to play with once you get into the here-and-now." Being in the here-and-now never seems to be quite enough. So we say, fine, the Law of Time will help us. The Law of Time is the playground of the here-and-now. From this Law of Time we can
Meditation 28: 3 make a sacred playground. The order of reality is already sacred so we will make a sacred playground that is equal to the order of reality.
So we need - one of the themes that we have been working with - we need to return to a sacred science. We are no longer going to pick reality apart as if it were a dead fly. Even that little fly is sacred. Nothing was created with evil intentions. There is a teaching in everything - in every leaf, in every blade of grass. So we can return to a sacred science because we do have a Law of Time. We realize with the Law of Time that the search for a unified field theory is fruitless because reality is already unified. The search for the unified field theory is like pouring a glass of water into the ocean and thinking that you have added something to it. So we can just rest with what is, and then if we need to go join the NAA, the "Number Addicts Anonymous," then we will find ourselves all here together again. Hey, that's our club! We got here again, not bad
So today, this is the completion of the initiation of the non-egoic biosolar telepath. This is the day of the Lunar Human,. This is Kin 132, the last day of Harmonic 33, and, of course, since we are all members of NAA, we have to say 132. Hey that's 33 x 4! And 4 - we know 4 is to 7 as 7 is to 13. So there we go ... We can't help ourselves. That's why we are in the NAA. So we are completing this in a very beautiful manner because we also know that Kin 132 is one of the 13 Clear Signs on the Tomb of Pacal Votan.
So we return now to the great theme, the prophecy of Pacal Votan, Chrononaut, par excellence. Our role model. Let's face it, each one of us wants to look just like this, cruising around the planet {referring to Tomb lid graphic on its side}. None of us will rest or be happy until we feel we are doing just that. That's why we are studying Chrononautics so intensely. It is interesting that that clear sign, Lunar Human, is on the East side of the tomb. On the East side of the tomb there are a set of four signs and a set of two signs. The tones of the four signs add up to 28, and the tones of the two signs add up to 13. Of course we know what that means: 28 days, thirteen times a year. 28 is 4 x 7. 13 x 4 is 52. 52 cards in that little box. 52 weeks a year. 28 and 52.
If we go to the Qur’an and say, "Hey, let's try radial Qur’an. 28, the life of Pacal Votan is divided into 28 years and 52 years. So maybe 28:52 will tell us something about Pacal Votan and his prophecy, so we go to the Qur’an, 28:52 and it says, "Those whom we blessed with the previous scriptures will believe in this." Sounds pretty good to me. This is what the Law of Time is. As we said, it is the scripture or the teaching or the prophecy that confirms all the previous ones. Anyone who has some belief in the truth, when they hear about the Law of Time, says, "Hey! I'll believe that, too." This is also part of the meaning of the Lunar Human. The Lunar Human is really the 13-Moon Human. The 13-Moon Human is the non-egoic biosolar telepath. The biosolar telepath is someone who has studied Chrononautics. Someone who studies Chrononautics wants to become an Earth Wizard. Here we are looking at ourselves again. Sounds like us.
So the Lunar Human - why is he a Lunar Human, Tone 2? Because he has two brains. The Lunar Human has two brains, and they are not quite unified yet. The dolphin has
Meditation 28: 4 two brains, but the dolphin's two brains are unified. The dolphin's two brains are so unified that he can put one brain to sleep and still be awake with the other one. But you don't know what the dolphin knows. So the Lunar Human has two brains, but they haven't been unified yet - because the Lunar Human hasn't been unified in time. When the Lunar Human is unified in time then the Lunar Human will be blessed by the Law of Time.
As we have said before the Lunar Human will become the dolphin of the atmosphere. Just as the dolphins are in the water, the humans are in the air. Just like the dolphins ... There can be one dolphin in the South Atlantic and the other dolphin in the North Atlantic, one brain asleep and the other brain awake - they can communicate to each other across that distance. If the dolphins can do it, why can't we? I thought we were the smartest and the best. Hmmm ... Maybe we should stop believing in Nike and Coca-Cola. That's how it is. So when you realize what a Lunar Human really is and what it really could be, then we should all say, "Well. I think I'll follow that 13 Moon calendar and be a Lunar Human."
And we all have to have that dream ... Gee, "What if everyone on Earth was following that 13 Moon Calendar?" What if? Imagine, what if? What would that be like? That is a phenomenal thing to think about. We have to dream that as the highest dream. When we are all unified in the correct time and we are absolutely synchronized with the biosphere, then obviously and inevitably, we will have universal telepathy. We will be in such a condition of being, that there will never be war again. We will think that guns are really primitive and stupid. We will never want to make any more tires. When they burn, they smell bad. And cars. We have to take them to the garage, feed them gas, and replace them every four years. You don't need to do that. There is a better way of being. That better way of being is being a Lunar Human. So we can see the Lunar Human walking off that tomb and going to every human on the planet and saying , "Hey. I'm another yourself. In Lake'ch." Every single one of you here is that Lunar Human. You are supposed to walk off that tomb and go to humanity and say, "In Lake'ch. Here is your 13 Moon Calendar."
We have to make all these calendars. Forget about being fancy. It's nice to have some of the fancy ones with all the good stuff. But if you want to really reach the people, make a little one that folds out of your pocket, and give them away for free at every subway station on the planet - by standing there as they come out of the station, saying, "You want to be a Lunar Human, take this." You need to do that everywhere. We need to do that in Moscow, in London, in Mexico City, Shanghai, Tokyo, wherever they have subway stations. And where they don't have subway stations, look for the bus stand. Wait for them to come out of the factories. Just do it with a smile. Okay. So this is what we have to do.
We also know that today in the synchronic order we have the Lunar Earth. So we have the Lunar Earth and the Lunar Human. What is the Lunar Earth but the 13 Moon Earth. Because when we have every single human being on the 13 Moon Calendar then we will have a 13 Moon Earth. The collective mind of the 13 Moon Human and the human
Meditation 28: 5 collective mind unified by the 13 Moons will create the Noosphere of the 13 Moons. When we have the Noosphere of the 13 Moons we will have the 13 Moon Earth. Then everyone will be happy. The dolphins, the birds, the turtles, the flowers, the trees, the mountains, the rocks, even the grains of sands will smile. They say: "13 Moons, wow, we finally made it. Those humans were really having a tough time weren't they?" One rock will say to another, "Did you get split by a bomb too? That really gave me a headache. I'm glad they stopped doing that. Did you see that, they dematerialized them too? Wow, those humans really got it together finally. They got rid of that radioactivity. Just made all those electron spins go backwards. Man, suddenly I feel better, my headache went away."
I like hearing these conversations between the rocks. They've been around a long time. They know how to meditate better than we do. Don't think they are not conscious. You know, you sit there and look at those rocks. You see they have faces, personalities, all those types of things. Rocks like this {holds up a quartz crystal}. Wow! what perfect form. They have personality. Great stuff. When I grow up I want to be a rock like that, mommy. Perfectly formed. They have a North Pole and a South Pole. I'm going in the past and the future at the same time. Great for riding Zuvuyas. That's what I want to be when I grow up. I don't want to sell insurance. I don't even want to be a fireman. I want to be like a crystal. Meditate a long time. Feel the poles of the Earth. Concentrate myself throughout the universe. And when the sun shines, let it shine right through me. That's a great role model, a crystal. So there are a lot of different things we can think of when we take off the straitjacket of the 12:60 mind. These are just the ramblings of a non-egoic solar telepath - but I notice that you find them amusing. That's probably because we have some kind of resonance. That's not bad either. So we should all just keep vibrating together, and I think we will.
So when we talk about being a 13-Moon Human on a 13-Moon Earth then we know that we are completely synchronized by the Law of Time, spinning happily beneath the Rainbow Bridge. What great music we will make singing about the Rainbow Bridge. You thought it was something when the Beatles were in the Yellow Submarine, but hey! now we are going to be beneath the Rainbow Bridge ... "Under the sea, the galactic sea, the Rainbow Bridge, and me ... " It's not hard to do. Yeah ... the Rainbow Bridge, back to another one of our themes.
You know, we can describe the Holy Qur’an as presenting what is called the Doctrine of Signs, that everything that exists is a sign. Every sign is a sign of God. So we find that in the Qur’an that there are a number of themes that occur. Some of them appear a number of times. Another ... is being referred as one of the very powerful signals of God. Bolon Ik said today it's the Jera, the Law of Alternation. So that we see that in the Qur’an one of the signs is the sign of "day and night." The day and night is described as being an alternator, among other things. So I decided I'd go see, how many times does this sign of day and night occur in the Holy Qur’an? And of course it occurs exactly 28 times. So the sign of the day and night is the sign of the perfect 28 day cycle. Of these 28 different citations of day and night, six of them refer to day and night as being the alternator. Three of them refer to the day and night with relationship to the orbit. So
Meditation 28: 6 this is precisely the function and purpose of the Rainbow Bridge. The Rainbow Bridge functions as the visible manifestation of the alternation of day and night. As we said one side, the Rainbow Bridge is facing the sun, that's the day side. The other side faces the night. The Rainbow Bridge remains constant in the orbit as it moves, as the Earth spins around. So in that way ... Dr. Arcturus has his graphics ...
{Now demonstrating Anatana Rainbow Bridge Alternator graphic}. This is what we are talking about again. The day alternator and the night alternator. This is an actual function of the Earth's relationship to the sun, and of the Earth's relationship to the rest of the galaxy. What we have to be realizing all the time and visualizing all the time is just like what you see here: the Earth and then the one Rainbow, one part of the bridge is the day rainbow and the other, which is the night rainbow. You have to keep visualizing that. You have to see how they kind of come in at the poles. Keep visualizing that. Keep visualizing that the Earth is spinning around but the Rainbow Bridge is remaining constant. So as the Earth turns from West to East; the Rainbow Bridge remains constant. Just like when it appears that the sun comes up in the East so it appears also that the Rainbow Bridge comes up. When the day rainbow goes down, just like when we saw the rainbow on both sides of the sun - only that it extends out to the poles. And when the day rainbow goes down, then the night rainbow begins to rise. So you have to imagine this. You have to visualize it, that this is going to become a permanent feature of the Earth. Then we are going to have galactic eco-tourism. "Wow! We found a planet that has Rainbow Rings. They got rid of war. Now it's worth visiting."
Who would want to come to this planet now? You know they would get shot. You know if they had a UFO coming down right now it would be bombed. No one wants to enter a field like this. So actually, they have all said that it is a quarantine zone. Don't go there you will get a terrible disease ... Yeah, you'll want to go kill your kids. That's what they do down there, really. We saw it in a news thing that's going up past Alpha Centauri. Someone picked up a news report out on Alpha Centauri, yeah. There were like fifteen or sixteen school kids shot in one day. Keep that place quarantined.
Yeah, but if we get that Rainbow Bridge up there, you won't have war very long. It will be over. They will say, that's too spectacular, as we change everybody's brain waves. And when it changes everyone's brain waves, they are going to say, "This gun's really stupid. Let's get rid of them. Let's build monuments to all the children we have killed." But no. Don't create a monument. Just believe in the Rainbow Bridge and keep the Rainbow Bridge going. Then we won't have to kill any more children. And then out there in Alpha Centauri they will say, "Wow. There was no CNN today. Just a big telepathic vibration. Look, they got Rainbow Rings. Good. No more war, no more CNN. Must be safe to visit." So that's what we are dreaming about.
If you don't dream these things, they won't come true. Sonia had a dream of the Kali radion on the Cosmic Dog day, so we all got together and fulfilled her dream. We wouldn't have done that if she didn't have the dream. So it's the same with every single thing that I am transmitting right now. If we don't have these concrete images, if we don't imagine a world without war and CNN, it won't happen. We have to actually say
Meditation 28: 7 these things. We have to make these things concrete. We are not talking about some fuzzy world where we just have kind-of light and love. That's okay, you know. But if you still have to put gas in your car, then it is not okay. So let's imagine the whole world without gas, without cars, without war, without CNN, without bombs, without guns. Then imagine that world where we have the Rainbow Bridge all the time and we have lots of time to practice looking like this {demonstrates meditation posture}. We are all little budding Pacal Votans with our little Chrononauts. I'm sitting here and saying ... when ... boom!. Hey Vandir what are you doing in my third eye? Didn't you take your driving lesson? That doesn't hurt - it's just shocking. We all make mistakes when we are practicing.
We have to imagine all these things. We have to dream the highest dream. We have to be able to say, "No this is the kind of world I want; this is what I want to do. I want to have a big beautiful garden. I want big corn plants, and big beans, and tomatoes. I want big potatoes and sweet squash." Then we are all going to get together and we're going to have a big cauldron and we are going to make different kinds of soup. Then we'll say, "Hey you know what? Vandir is coming for dinner. Now he is practicing being in two places at once. He's on the fast learning track now. Good. We have to make him a really good dinner tonight."
This is the kind of world we want. We will be able to have this world because we are all going to become Earth Wizards. The Earth Wizard is something spectacular and new. The Earth Wizard - we'll be giving you one of these before you leave here {demonstrating graphic of Earth Wizard} - a little map of your radialized brain. It shows, we see - here's one side, here's the top and here's the bottom. So that you see in this radialized brain that you have unified the past and the future. Way in the past there was an UR time, when we were emerging from the Cosmic Unconscious. In our ideal at that time, we were a shaman. Everyone here at some point or another said, "Wow! Shamans, that's neat."
But you know, we are here in this modern world and it's really hard to actually be a shaman. So we also say, "Well, it's maybe a little easier, maybe I'll be a yogi." But even being a yogi - if you still have to put gas in your car it always invalidates what you are doing. So you say, "Well. I'm going to be a saint. Yeah, I'm going to lead a simple good life." But then you are down at the market and you're taking money out of your billfold and you are buying something that was made in another country. That invalidates that. We got to get it all together and try to find something new. Something that unifies all of that. We are going to be a yogi, a shaman, and a saint, we are going to build a Rainbow Bridge, that will do it. Then we will be something new. Then we will be the Earth Wizard. Who else but an Earth Wizard could make a Rainbow Bridge around the Earth? So that is what we must do.
We will see at the very heart of being all this is the purely creative human in each of us. This purely creative human in each of us combines the artist and the scientist because the two sides of the brain are finally unified. We are living according to the Law of Time, according to UR. In the UR, we will all be practicing the Universal Religion on Earth, but
Meditation 28: 8 we won´t need churches for that. We won´t need temples for that. The temple is our own self, our own body, our own being. Remember the Nine Lords of Time are the nine bodily orifices. The 20 treasures are our 20 fingers and toes. The Oxlahuntiku are our 13 different articulations. The five Castles are our five senses. The five Earth Families are our five principal chakras. The five Time Cells are the five main internal organs. This is the temple, the temple of Time. It will realize the Planetary Manitou. The realization of this temple is the fulfillment of UR.
UR is the Universal Religion, the Universal Recollection. The universe is recollected in me. One human is all humans. This is how it will be. We will be following the 13 Moon, 28 Day way. We won´t have weeks any more. We will have Heptagonons of Mind. We will have four Heptagonons of Mind every 28 days. We will be visualizing and realizing Seven Radial Plasmas every Heptagonon of Mind. Every 28 days we will have realized 28 different types of Radial Plasmas. Sometime early in 2013, Marjon and Denise, at two different points on the planet, will begin to have hyperextended organs ... Sensory organs, so we can actually see what they hear coming out of their ears. Beautiful sounds made visible. Think about these things.
We have to think about how these things will be. We have to make these things concrete. We have to have images so we can say, "Oh, that´s how things will be." Then the sounds coming out of the ears will enrich the flowers, and the flowers will sing and be happy. Is this a dream? There are paintings by Hieronymous Bosch, "the Garden of Earthly Delights." Look at these paintings carefully, because you will see that everything I´ve been talking about has been seen by somebody else. When he (Bosch) painted the Garden of Earthly Delights, then he also painted Hell. The Hell that he painted looks just like the 20th century, where the senses are being cut apart, strange things are flying in the air, bombs are falling and buildings are burning.
We will return to the Garden of Paradise because we did the Rainbow Bridge experiment. When we get there, we´ll know. It if was dreamed once and given form and vision, then we can create it. We´ll say this is a better future. I´d rather be extending my sense organs to the flowers. I would like to hear what the flowers have to say. I´d like to be able to communicate with the clouds and learn a few things from them. What is your secret that you can appear from nowhere and take whatever form you want.? And then just disappear into nowhere. I want to learn that from you, cloud. We can all teach each other in the Biosphere. We have all been the same atomic structure as everything else. The molecules have been changing and transforming and becoming one thing and then another. There is consciousness in everything. We should let everything teach us. This is a little bit of the Law of Time.
We start in the here-and-now and we say, "We´re back in this place again - the great Eternal Now." What do we want to do next? Can we do it together? Can we become the non-egoic biosolar telepathic Lunar Human. Let´s do that and have a communion of souls. Let´s follow the synchronic order. It has many different levels. It has numbers, symbols - and they come together and form new experiences in my mind. Then I feel ecstasy and a release of radion in my brain cells. I feel my nervous system tickling.
Meditation 28: 9 Let´s keep doing this. Let´s all practice the Law of Time. Energy factored by Time equals Art. The art that was practiced by Beethoven, Hieronymous Bosch, Mozart - even the art practiced by Jimi Hendrix, - that was just a big rehearsal. For what? For the Rainbow Bridge, for the Universal Telepathy. For the realization that each one of us is an artist. Each one of us has the seed of Beethoven. Each one of us has the greatest guitar run of Led Zeppelin that you ever heard. Each one of us has the vision of Goya and Bosch. We can all communicate all the things to each other because we are no longer afraid. I´m not afraid that you will be better than me, and you are not afraid that I will be better than you. This is equality.
All of our mind is one. All of our being is one. Just like every blade of grass is one. One blade of grass is all, and all is one. Each one of us is a blade of grass that the Law of Time is growing out of the cosmic consciousness. We are all growing in a large field together with great telepathic vibrations holding it together. Then the art that we practice will be the vibrational waves that come from each other, vibrational waves that sound like a radiosonic sonata that comes in different senses at once. Our senses have been cut apart. We actually believe the alphabet is true. We actually think that what the newspaper looks like is real. None of this is real. Not even movies or television. It´s just a bad imitation of where we really need to go. It keeps us all separated. It keeps our senses separated - so we want to forget all that.
When you have the Rainbow Bridge, you won´t need the evening news. You´ll say, there is the evening news - it´s coming up again. You´ll sit there and say, "Hey, that´s the group in Mendoza. They´re coming in loud and clear. Let them know we heard them." This is how it´s going to be. We have to dream like this. We are going from pre- history to history, and now we are going into the post-historic. This is what it means to become an Earth Wizard. Were going to unify all of that. Then we say, "Tell us again, Dr. Arcturus. Tell us again how we´re going to do it. How´s it going to be? Tell us again."
This is how we are going to do it {demonstrates colored version of Final Exam graphic}. I have a good student. Her name is Bolon Ik. I taught Art History in my former existence. I was at the end of my career because no one liked what I taught - no one except the students. Bolon Ik came to my classes. She was a very dedicated student and she still is. She went out and colored her (final exam graphic) all on her own. Every so often, I´d look over her shoulder, and then she would chase me away. Each one of you will be getting your final exam at the end of your meditation. In the final exam will be all the details of: "How will we do this, Dr. Arcturus?" This will explain most of it. You can color it like Bolon Ik has. It´s very easy to do. The main part here is the Uayeb. This is called the test zone. When we get to the 25th day of the Cosmic Moon, we will be in the test zone. We will be here on the day of Electric Wizard. Let´s see, Electric Wizard - who´s that? Oh, yeah, can someone find him for the event - it´s Mick Jagger! He needs to redeem himself. It may be hopeless, but ... anyway, it´s his day among others.

Meditation 28: 10 initiation of the test zone to build up to the big one. The mad thing. The Rainbow Bridge. Don´t think there won´t be a lot of people strutting around laughing at you. Oh, well. They did the same thing to Noah. This is the Law of Time´s Ark - the Rainbow Bridge. That´s our zone there. You´ll see the details.
On the last day of the Moon, we´ll be in the Spirit Tower, which will be the day Red Rhythmic Earth. We will have Uranus within Uranus. That´s what you need to begin to open up the flux tubes. Here is the Day-Out-of-Time and here you are {pointing to bottom part of Final Exam graphic}. Your chakras are all lit up, glowing from the inside, surrounded by a great Heptagonon of Mind. The seals are all around you like that and your five chakras are all tuned in to the Earth Families. The seven chakras will be corresponding to the seven plasmas. You will be in a state of holonomic identification with the Earth and you will surround the Earth with the Cubic Parton form. The Alpha plasma will be at the South Pole with the double Extended Electron. At the North Pole will be Limi plasma, with the Mental Electron. In the center will be the Mental Electron Neutron.
You will be concentrating and visualizing the rainbow that will be the day and night alternator. That's its scientific function, to hold the orbit of the Earth - and the Earth spins inside of that. You have further holonomic identification with the Sun. The Sun has a Mental Electron at its North Pole, a double Extended Electron at the South Pole, and a Mental Electron Neutron at its core The sunspots are meeting at the equator of the Sun and there will be a great explosion. It´s called a coronal mass ejection which accompanies the two sunspots coming together and changing polarity. Telepathically we want to connect with that explosion and draw the Plasmas of that explosion into the Earth to become the material of the Rainbow Bridge.
Telepathically we will be ejecting plasma ejection bundles which take the configuration of the plasmas in the Cubic Parton form. We will be in the Heptagonon of Mind form which has the Dali on the top and the Seli down below. But the Cubic Parton form has the Alpha below and the Limi on the top - all that's here (in the Final Exam) so you can visualize it easily and you won't get confused. We will be in a very non-egoic state. You can't be thinking, "Will this succeed or won't it?" You just have to be there and DO it! Just follow the instructions. "What would Dr. Arcturus want me to do right now? Shut-up and do it!"
Holding all of this together, this is called the psycho-perceptual technique - that you are holding an image and then projecting it as clearly and vividly as you can. And you are connecting completely through a process of holonomic identification with complete holonomic consistency, which means you are "just there," doing it in actual time. You're actually doing it with your body, and with the telepathic field of resonance of all the other bodies that are doing this - and also with the Earth itself and with the sun. We are creating a whole Unified Field of Resonance. We are going to be channeling the "Great Galactic Ripple" - just like that, coming down to your central channel. So that's what we'll be up to on that day. There will be, because we will all remain, "tuned in" - there will be further little details that you will be receiving, but this is the main part ... So that
Meditation 28: 11 you have to have this really clearly in mind. That's why you'll be getting your final exam. And then see if you all can be as good a student as Bolon Ik, and color them real nice, and put them up on your wall and meditate on it. And understand every last detail of it.
Now one more thing. I was taking a walk yesterday, and then I had this very clear {draws on board} further little thing, this is very crude here but ... Here we have the North Pole and the South Pole, and that in these places - like I got very clearly that it's very important to get as far down as we can go, down to Tierra del Fuego. We have to have a good strong team, or several teams down there. And also the South Island of New Zealand, and if we can get over to the bottom of South Africa, and the bottom of Madagascar, as far down in those places as you can - and create a ring to hold the field down there. And then up here, also across the North, across Siberia and the northern part of Scandinavia and Alaska and Canada.
And then these rings will create two cones that go through the center of the Earth. This is the octahedron at the center, and we will also have created and ejected the Time Molecule on the 28th day of the Cosmic Moon. That will all be connected so that we can be focusing and projecting - beginning before the dawn on the Day-Out-of-Time - so that we can be projecting the telepathic plasma to connect around the planet - like that. Also then, while we have some key teams in the far South and the far North, then throughout the rest of the planet, at sacred mountains or other sacred sites, especially in the mountains, we should have other groups that will then be connected creating the Rainbow Bridge support structure.

To prepare for all of this, I suggest you also study the Dynamics of Time, section by section, each Daily Kin. For instance, for today you would read the whole section twelve, "Description of Vehicles of Time Travel," and understand why Dr. Arcturus wants to be a crystal when he really grows up. Every day you can read that and study that, and then get a different perception about human life, and what the purpose of life on this planet is - and what this planet is all about, and where are we going? And what are we evolving into? This is very important, deepen your knowledge, don't be afraid of getting smarter. If you start getting smarter, I can guarantee someone else will want to get smarter than you. Then we'll have a good kind of competition - see who can memorize the 260 Postulates first. What are you doing next Limi 27? "Oh, we're going to the 260 Postulates Memorization Contest. We are going to see who's the smartest in our Earth Family. Then we're going to see if our Family is smarter than another Earth Family."
Here's how to do it so that we can really, really really start to shine. We want to shine and shine and shine. Like the song says, " ... and we all shine on, like the moon and the stars and the sun." Because all of the universe is in each one of us, the nine orifices are the Nine Lords of Time, and Oxlahuntiku are my thirteen articulations. Let's get a new conception of what it means to be human. Let's forget this idea that they have in the medical schools, where we see a skeleton in the corner, and on the wall we see
Meditation 28: 12 diagrams of muscles. And on another wall there's a diagram of the blood system, as if none of that was connected, as if there wasn't a genuine soul. Yeah, let's start with the soul, then let's put something on that. And what we'll put on that is the Oxlahuntiku and the Bolontiku, and the 20 treasures of time which are our fingers and toes; and the four Galactic clans, which are our four limbs. And we say, "Hey, that's what a human is! It's connected to all the planets and shines like the sun! It has Hunab Ku in it's heart, every heart beat, Hunab Ku, that's how we have to be, realizing the human." This is the vision of the 13 Moon Lunar Human.
This vision of the 13 Moon Lunar Human is going to be the one that memorizes the 260 Postulates - and is going to be ejecting Plasma Bundles from his third eye, and is going to be ejecting the Rainbow Bridge, and is going to bring PEACE to this planet. So, these are the responsibilities that we all have. This is kind of like, when you go to school, and you're ready to graduate, and someone says, "Now that you are graduating, this is what you have to do in life." So it's very conventional. Some things don't change. But these are the kind of things that no one told you before. This is a different kind of graduation, because we are graduating from the Bardo. We're going to take our 13:20 parachutes, expeditionary commando forces from the 13:20 parachuting into the 12:60 world saying, "Did I hear a Galactic Emergency Call? We have a Galactic First Aid Kit. Here's your 13 Moon Calendar." That's the first thing you take out: "This will help straighten your head. Your head's very crooked right now. Remember, the time you keep is what becomes of you. So if you keep a crooked time, and you keep that for centuries and centuries, you really need a Galactic Emergency Plan. You need a splint on your brain just to straighten it out. That's what we call the 13 Moon Calendar. Just put that on your wall, study it and feel it's harmony, try to live straight."
Now, we also know that we have the Planet Art Network and the Planetary Academic Federation and where all of this information will be available, on www.tortuga.com so you can begin to create the Core Curriculum. The children won't be going to those institutions anymore. We'll create Garden Schools, and we'll teach them how to garden. We'll give them a whole curriculum that teaches them about art and time and life and why we are evolving on this Earth - and why it's important to always love one another. What was that classic song from the 60's, " ... Come on people, now, smile on your brother, everybody get together and try to love one another right now ... " That's a "hippie song," and that really dates me. I can't remember who sang it right now. Okay, moving right along. This is your graduation address. So, from the Planetary Academic Federation and the Planet Art Network, it's a matter of knowing how to put together the tools of the Law of Time and how they connect with the Core Curriculum. I assure you, when you put these things together you will realize that you have to create whole new levels of network and social organization.

We´re talking about having our feet on the ground. That´s how we become cosmic vibratory roots. As cosmic vibratory roots, the deeper we sink our roots into the Earth,
Meditation 28: 13 the more we open to the cosmic memory. When we open to that, we also have up there the Lemurian Confederation {referring now to Lemurian Confederation graphic}. Atlantis is having its final form, it´s called G7. When Atlantis falls, Lemuria rises. Lemuria is the original order, and the Lemurian ring is also known as the Ring of Fire. The final stage of the fourth Atlantis civilization has been organized around the Atlantic. That´s why there is NATO - North Atlantic Treaty Organization - which is really North Atlantis Treaty Organization. This is the final form. When NATO is gone ... No bombs or guns will be able to shoot the Rainbow Bridge down, that´s why it´s called the ultimate weapon. We will then have the re-emergence of the Lemurian Ring.
ANATANA {referring to key word in graphic}. The "A-N-A" equals sixteen, the "T" equals 20, and the "A-N-A" equals sixteen, which is the power of 52. Atlantis civilization is centered around the Atlantic and the Lemurian civilization is centered around the Pacific. The Pacific means "peace," because this is going to be the time and age of peace. That´s the reason why we are here in this strange and beautiful land of Chile. We have four anchors. One in Chile. In the northwest of America is Cascadia. There´s the Far West, which is now is called the Far East. It´s all relative. There is Japan, or Nihon. Balancing Chile in the South is New Zealand. That´s "Aotearoa." In the center you have the Hawaiian Islands. The Confederation of Lemuria will have the same relationship to peace as NATO has to war. NATO is fortified with nothing but military, and the Lemurian Confederation will be fortified with nothing but Earth Wizards.
With the Lemurian Confederation, the cosmic memory of 104,000 years will return. Each of the 26,000-year cycles of the 104,000 years corresponds to one of the four prophets of the Mayan book Popol Vuh: The red world is the prophet Balam Quitze; the white world is the Balam Agab; the blue world is the prophet Mahacuta; and the yellow world is the prophet Iqui Balam. These four primary Star Prophets will be reinvoked to restore all the memory of the star histories so that our minds and consciousness will extend galactically into the stars.
At this present moment, there is a type of vehicle that is in the center of the Earth. It is Excalibur. There are types of spirit beings who have chosen to remain in that spirit form to be the crew of the Excalibur. They can assist us in the project. This is very important to understand that the Excalibur in the Earth core mediates between us on the Earth and the AA Midway Station. The Excalibur also has the form and the name "Anatana," which consists of a number of electromagnetic charges which are connected to the flux tubes of this planet, and then with the flux tubes of all the other planets. Over the thirteen years after the Rainbow Bridge, there will be the reconstruction of the interdimensional Anatana which originally existed between Maldek and Jupiter. This is a very key point.
We are Wizards on the ground, but we are universal in our mind. We have a science in the Law of Time which we can apply to create the Rainbow Bridge. We are multidimensional beings, so we can speak about all of these things like the Lemurian Rings and the Excalibur and the Earth and the Anatana. This is all part of what we are. Through this we are now ready to become Earth Wizards, well - baby Earth Wizards.
Meditation 28: 14 But we learned how to walk. We know how to parachute, so that we can parachute into the 12:60 Hell world. We are now going to be completing the Rainbow Bridge. And we have a four-year period which we spoke a little about yesterday. It´s going to be the great Earth Wizard conversion program, where you´re either in the caravan or in the garden.
We need the caravans to go everywhere and educate the people. We need the gardens to spring up everywhere so that when the caravans show up, they won´t be hungry. We need to learn to create gardens for ourselves and our communities. The fact of the matter is we are returning to a garden culture. There is enough room on the Earth for gardens for everybody. If there were gardens here at Picarquin, how many people could we feed? How many places like this lie fallow? There are many places. In some places like the United States, farmers are paid not to grow. We live in a very crazy world. They say, what are we going to do after industrialism? We are returning to a garden culture and the Law of Time. We´re going to create an elevated Earth culture, a Galactic Earth Culture. In this culture, we are all galactic citizens.
We recognize that the Earth is a little planet going around a star and this star is a member of the galaxy. Let´s not kid ourselves, let´s not give allegiance to lies and illusions which have flags and guns to protect them. That has nothing to do with growing food. It has everything to do with dirty air. We are galactic citizens and we can get along with a garden culture. We have four years to the Mystery of the Stone. Take care of your Rainbow Bridge. No more nine-to-five or standing in line for a paycheck, selling your body and your mind, doing something you don´t really like to do anyway. There´s enough service to do in cleaning up the planet, making gardens and teaching people. We have to understand this point - Life is recycling us as Time. The big DNA program says: "hey, recycle them and turn them into Time. Make them realize they are nothing but Time. They are really happier when they are in the Eternal Now. If their minds get frisky, tell them to go memorize the 260 Postulates. Then see what they do. It will work."
As we go into this time of the Rainbow Bridge, we will be coding ourselves with the Runes of the Elder Futhark. We are going to be creating another Earth. We are going to create the Earth within the Earth. Within the Earth we know is another Earth. This other Earth knows us though we know it not. The Law of Time will allow us to know the inner Earth as it knows us. The world is very different than the concept that has been created of it ... Shelving thousands and millions of useless textbooks. The only textbook we will need is the textbook of Nature and Knowledge of the Law of Time. This is called dreaming the highest dream.
Don´t stop visualizing the Rainbow Bridge! See it all the time, holding the Earth´s orbit steady, a day ring and a night ring. If they say, "What use is that?" Say, "Today the Earth needs an alternator system. It´s got a faulty motor right now. Besides, we don´t know any other way that you will understand peace."
So keep visualizing that Rainbow Bridge, holding the Rainbow Bridge in the orbit of the Earth - a day ring toward the sun and a night ring toward Hunab Ku - held together by
Meditation 28: 15 the radiation and energy of the sun and Hunab Ku. This is dreaming the highest dream. Tomorrow morning, which will be the Kin 133, 19 x 7 ... we have some smart guys here. {Now holding up geometrical model of nineteen icosahedra} Do we know who did this? Rey from Columbia - he knows how to put these things together. He knows the icosahedron, which has twenty faces ... integrates the Tzolkin with nineteen icosahedra. He discovered the law of 19 = 260 by intuitively working with these. We can all do this. We want them for our children so we can teach them what Radial Time looks like. I want to thank Rey for giving me something to show you like this, that we can have some shared vision.
We can dream the highest dream together. In the morning when we come together on Kin 133, 19 x 7, we will gather here at 6:30 sharp. We will want the conches blowing at 5:30 and we´re going to have a group meditation because tomorrow is Silio and the 49th day of the Bardo. We will seal everything by Cubing ourselves again and again and again ... tape ends.
