Live Interaction of Hon’ble Prime Minister with Farmers 20.06.2018

Live interaction with Farmers of Distt. Shahjahanpur

n this occasion Prime Minister Shree Ji said that the country’s farmers were largely left to their own devices Oand their benefits gradually scaled back. PM Modi was interacting with farmers across the country and addressing their concerns through the NaMo app. This programme was also broadcast on TV Channels- DD Kisan/DD National. Hon’ble Prime Minster also interacted with farmers of Shahjahanpur KVK () on KVK Bhadoi 20.06.2018. ICAR-ATARI, Kanpur officials were also availed this important programme. District Shahjahanpur NIC centre was selected for this programme. In this programme KVK Shahjahapur organised and brought the farmers to the NIC centre. 70 KVKs of Uttar Pradesh organised this Programme. Total 9643 farmers including 2503 farm women participated in this programme throughout the state. On this occasion Hon’ble PM also discussed about record production of milk, cereal, pulse crops and livestock strains etc. He also discussed on importance of Soil Health Card. Doubling of farmers income, IFS, launch of various programmes such as Fasal Bima Yojna were the main discussion points. Monitoring of Uttar Pradesh KVKs by Cabinet Ministers
