Right at the beginning of the Jump Force story, though, you will start collecting active points and need to choose between the alpha, beta, and Gamma teams to advance. It's not immediately obvious what it means and what impact it will have on your game in the future, so we thought we'd put something together to run you through selection. Go Power: Team Alpha, Beta Team, or Team Gamma? First, it seems that this is pretty much a cosmetic solution. So don't worry if you just want to choose a team with your favorite characters. Team Alpha is led by Goku, backed by Piccolo - both from Dragon Ball (me). Leadership finished off Gaar from Sand from Naruto and Roronoa zoro, a triple sword wielding a pirate hunter from One Piece. The beta version of the team is more exclusively based on One Piece, led by Monkey D. Luffy with the help of Sanji and Boa Hancock. Leadership in the team will finish Boruto, the son of Naruto, and the star of his own series. Team Gamma is Naruto's team, which he leads with his longtime mentor Kakashi and again-off-again bestie Sask Uchiha. The team rounded out Szabo from One Piece and a future version of Trunks from Dragon Ball. As you join the team To actually join the team in Jump Force, you must first talk to the leaders of Alpha, Beta, and Gamma, and then return to Director Glover to make your choice. What really changes your team? Since you've already made your custom character and chosen your basic melee style, there's nothing that can change there. Your Avatar will inherit his starting skills from the leaders of each team, so, for example, if you choose Team Alpha, you will get Kamehamehu Goku, 1080 pounds Phoenix zoro, Sand Tsunami Gaara and Light Granata Piccolo. However, once you've selected the team, you'll be able to buy all the specials from each unlocked character from the store. Whether you choose the alpha, beta, or Gamma teams, Kamehameha and Rasengan are good because they have good coverage and can be chained to the end of rush combos.
