These entries will be received by the BWF appointed Technical Delegate (TD). • When submitting your entries, please ensure that you add the name of the event in the subject title of the email. Please ensure you received a confirmation email from the TD that your entry has been accepted. • If this is not done, entries will not be accepted by the Technical Delegate. Fees are only refunded if there not enough entries to have a competition. Any additional cost will be at the responsibility of the guests. The deadline for submitting visa requests is Tuesday 27 March 2018 Visa Contact person: Nurtekin Erkmen Email: [email protected] Part III - Regulations The competition will be organised and run in accordance with the Classification Regulations, Para- Badminton Regulations, General Competition Regulations and Laws of Badminton. The below are a few reminders of important regulations. Please see the BWF website for the full details. Minimum Entries If entries are not sufficient for a group draw followed by a knock-out draw, a single group format shall apply. Combinations If there are less than four (4) entries or less than three (3) represented countries in a particular event, the events may be combined in accordance with the Para- Badminton Competition Regulation 9.1.5 – see www.bwfbadminton.com All withdrawals should be confirmed to the Referee, TD and Tournament Organiser in writing as soon as possible – at least 7 days before first competition day. Any withdrawal must be accompanied by the appropriate certification The tournament will be played in accordance with BWF Laws of Badminton and Conditions of play Para-Badminton Competition Regulations – see the BWF website http://bwfcorporate.com/regulations/ Readiness to Play All events will be run on a strict time scale. Competitors must be ready to play 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. If players are not ready to play at the scheduled time they will be disqualified. Any changes to the schedule of play will be announced by the Referee. Warm-up / practicing On court, warm up time is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes. Entry Entries can only be accepted on the Official Entry Form. In case of modifications or to give the Organisers additional information - write Modifications these on the Official Entry Form and resend this by email. Acceptance of Entries can only be accepted from BWF Members and a national or regional entries Para-Badminton organisation recognised by the BWF. A registration for doubles can only be accepted with the name of the partner / pair or with “partner wanted” on the form if a partner is being requested. Request for Any mix nationality pairings, must be entered and approved by both represented Partner countries. If confirmation is not received by both countries, the entry will not be accepted See clothing Regulations Para-Badminton Competition Regulations 15, 16, 17. Clothing General Competition Regulations 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 &Advertising Note: Clothing regulations will strictly be adhered at this event. Failure to comply may affect an athlete’s eligibility to go on court and compete. Awards No matches will be played to determine 3rd/4th place. Prizes Prizes will be awarded in accordance with PBCR 3.3.2 Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUE) – players who must take medications which contained Prohibited Substances, MUST seek permission to use these substances before they take these. TUE’s MUST be approved 21 days before international competition. The forms are available on the BWF website (link) Doping control Anti-Doping tests are conducted at international competitions. More information on Anti-Doping can be found at; http://bwfcorporate.com/integrity/anti-doping/ Shuttles Yang Yang 300B Players should assist media wherever possible for photos and if this fits their Media training and competition schedule. Photo and video BWF has the right to use photographs, film material or any other image of material players taken during events sanctioned by BWF. Participants must take out their own travel, health and personal accident Insurance insurance.
