10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance
Parents Teachers Association and Alumni Association have been established and frequent interactions are taking place in order to get suggestions from them for improving the Institutional Governance and academic standards of the college.
At the end of each Semester, a prescribed form is given to each student for his/her assessment of faculty who handled classes during that semester. Based on their assessment, rating of faculty is done by the Principal/Management. Sufficient remedial action is taken by way of directing the faculty to improve their teaching skills.
10.11 Grievance Redressal Mechanism for faculty, staff and students: A team of senior HoDs are appointed as members of the committee and meetings have been often organized to address and rectify the grievances of the Students and Staff members. Suggestions and Complaints Box is installed at the premises and faculty & students are encouraged to send their suggestions / complaints. The problems are then there rectified by the committee.

The main objective of the association is to create a forum to bring together and facilitate the exchange of information amongst its members and to give opportunities for its members to have firm link between almamater and its members. To assist in strengthening the link, the college has established an alumni office with an advisory committee consists of Chairman, Principal, faculty members from each department, several of them are also alumni members. Many of its members have achieved success in their endeavors and reached the higher position in their fields such as research, academics, industry, entrepreneurship or management.

Alumni Activities after registration:
Our First Alumni Association meeting was held on 26th, December, 2010 in our College premises.
Second Alumni Association meeting was held on 8th, January, 2012 in Marina Towers, Egmore, and Chennai.
Third Alumni Association meeting is to be held on 27th, January, 2013 in The Vijay Park, Chennai.
Fourth Alumni Association meeting is to be held on 12th, January, 2014 in our College premises.
Apart from this we have a monthly meeting with our office bearers to promote our alumni association.
