At the end of each Semester, a prescribed form is given to each student for his/her assessment of faculty who handled classes during that semester. Based on their assessment, rating of faculty is done by the Principal/Management. Sufficient remedial action is taken by way of directing the faculty to improve their teaching skills. 10.11 Grievance Redressal Mechanism for faculty, staff and students: A team of senior HoDs are appointed as members of the committee and meetings have been often organized to address and rectify the grievances of the Students and Staff members.
