The underlying principle of this publication is that health represents an invaluable resource that should be safeguarded in the interests of the community as a whole, meaning that the first duty of the National Health Service is to provide everyone with a system of pre- vention, diagnosis, care and rehabilitation that proves effective and reliable. Nel complesso è caratterizzato da una grande eterogeneità ambientale che consente l'attec- chimento di molte specie vegetali. Nel presente lavoro è riportato l’elenco floristico di tutte le Orchidacee comprendenti 88 taxa e 21 ibridi. A sua volta l'analisi corologica evidenzia la prevalenza degli elementi mediterranei seguita da quelli eurasiatici. Parole chiave: Chieti, Orchidaceae, check-list provinciale, elementi floristici. Abstract – The province of Chieti (Abruzzo Region) measuring 2,592 square kilometers and from north to south occupies the area between the valleys of the rivers Trigno and Pescara while from the south-west to north-west the watershed of several mountain ranges separating it from other provinces. In the complex it is characterized by a great diversity envi- ronment that allows the engraftment of many plant species. In this paper it contains a list of all the Orchids flora including 88 taxa and 21 hybrids. In turn chorological analysis highlights the prevalence of Mediterranean elements followed by those Eurasian. Dal 2012 la città di Penne è stata ammessa nel club dei Borghi più belli d'Italia. Città pre-romana, Penne sorge in una zona la cui frequentazione da parte dell'uomo risale almeno al Neolitico Medio; fu antica capitale della popolazione italica dei Vestini, e nota ai romani come Pinna Vestinorum. Provincia: Pescara Coordinate: 42°27′ N 13°55′E Altitudine: 438 m s.l.m. Superficie: 91,20 km2 Densità ab.: 155,16 ab./km2 Frazioni: Barricelle, Casale, Collanto, Colle Stella, Colle Maggio, Colle Formica, Colletrotta, Pagliari, Roccafinaadamo, Teto, Villa Degna. Area: submontana Classificazione sismica: zona 2 (rischio medio-alta) Aree Naturali limitrofe: Valli del Fiume Tavo e Fino, Monti della Laga, Comunità montana Vestina. Territorio: Penne è uno dei centri più importanti dell'Area Vestina situato ad uguale distanza tra il mare Adriatico ed il Gran Sasso d'Italia; si presenta come la naturale porta di accesso al Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga attraverso la Riserva Naturale “Lago di Penne”. La cittadina è inoltre il centro principale della Comunità montana Vestina di cui ha ospitato la sede per molti anni. Cittadina dell'Abruzzo adriatico, Penne sorge in posizione collinare fra le valli dei fiumi Tavo e Fino. Il suo territorio si estende su una superficie di 91,20 km, che lo rendono il tredicesimo comune abruzzese per estensione territoriale[6]. Essa dista da Pescara 31 km, da Chieti 35 km e da Teramo 67 km.

Il Comune di CASOLI è ente locale autonomo nell’ambito dei principi fissati dalla Costituzione, dalle leggi generali della Repubblica - che ne determinano le funzioni - e dal presente Statuto. 2.
