Control Union Certifications (CU) is accredited by the Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and has been asked to do the assessment using the Malaysia National Interpretation (MY- NI) of RSPO, assessing legal, economical, environmental and social aspects of management and operations by KULUMPANG DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. During the first certification audit, the operation shall submit to CU a time-bound plan for achieving certification of all relevant entities. CU will be responsible for reviewing the appropriateness of this plan (in particular, that the time scale is sufficiently challenging), and verifying and reporting on progress in subsequent surveillance visits.
