The entire number system is based on counting the number of tens, hundreds, thousands and then adding the ones. Today, the age-old street has become one of the famous breakfast streets. Over 30 kinds of breakfast dishes can be found here. Get up early in the morning and come here to follow local people's habit of Guo Zao. How to get there: take metro to Fuxing Road station of Line 4, then walk for 25 minutes. 8 Jianghan Road (江汉路 jiāng hàn lù) Jianghan Road is a famous commercial walking street in Wuhan. It has a history of more than one hundred years. While you are strolling along the street, do not miss tasting local snacks here. There are many small restaurants offering authentic street food, including Re Gan Mian (Hot-Dry Noodles), spicy duck neck, soybean hull, beef noodle, etc. How to get there: take metro to Jianghan Road station of Line 2. 9 Wansongyuan(万松园 wàn sōng yuán) Food in Wansongyuan are on the three roads that run through it: Xuesong Road, Wansongyuan Road, Jinsong Lane. Additionally, Hubei Province is well-known for its diverse landforms, including mountains, hills, mounds and plains. This area is called “The Province of Thousand Lakes” due to the abundance of water resources. Geographical names are exclusive names given to physical or anthropogenic geographic entities at specific spatial locations and are important signs by which humans understand natural and human activities. In this study, geographic information systems (GIS) technology is adopted to establish a geodatabase of geographical names with particular characteristics in Hubei Province and extract certain geomorphologic and environmental factors.

The city government soon strictly locked down the city, implemented a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and took a series of unprecedented pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical measures. The residents’ access to the medical resources and the consequently potential demand– supply tension may determine effective diagnosis and treatment, for which travel distance and time are key indicators. Using the Application Programming Interface (API) of Baidu Map, we estimated the travel distance and time from communities to the medical facilities capable of treating COVID-19 patients, and we identified the service areas of those facilities as well. The results showed significant differences in service areas and potential loading across medical facilities.     A Practical Scheme to Compute Pessimistic Bilevel Optimization Problem Bo Zeng Department of Industrial Engineering University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA 15261 Abstract In this paper, we present a new computation scheme for pessimistic bilevel optimization problem, which so far does not have any computational methods generally applicable yet. We first develop a tight relaxation and then design a simple scheme to ensure a feasible and optimal solution. Then, we discuss using this scheme to analyze and compute linear pessimistic bilevel problem and several extensions. We also provide demonstrations on illustrative examples, and a systematic numerical study on instances of two practical problems. Because of its simple structure and strong computational capacity, we believe that the developed scheme is of a critical value in studying and solving pessimistic bilevel optimization problems arising from practice. 1 Introduction Bilevel optimization is a popular modeling and computing tool for non-centralized decision making problems where two decision makers (DMs), i.e., the upper level and the lower level DMs, interact sequentially. Ideophones are defined as a set of words that are phonologically and morphologically marked and depict some form of sensory image (Dingemanse 2011b). Middle Chinese has a large body of ideophones, whose domains range from the depiction of sound, movement, visual and other external senses to the depiction of internal senses (cf. Dingemanse 2012a). There is some work on modern variants of Sinitic languages (cf. Mok 2001; Bodomo 2006; de Sousa 2008; de Sousa 2011; Meng 2012; Wu 2014), but so far, there is no encompassing study of ideophones of a stage in the historical development of Sinitic languages. The purpose of this study is to develop a descriptive model for ideophones in Middle Chinese, which is compatible with what we know about them cross-linguistically. The main research question of this study is “what are the phonological, morphological, semantic and syntactic features of ideophones in Middle Chinese?” This question is studied in terms of three parameters, viz. the parameters of form, of meaning and of use.
