Inman Connect New York (ICNY) is the annual international real estate conference where the most signifcant developments and the latest trends are presented, where knowledge and skills are shared and international connections are built. The organization has built an attractive program around the conference. This leafet contains information regarding the program and the participants. We are convinced that this visit will bring our participants a lot of inspiration and new insights that they can apply to their business when they return. Moreover, during the week they will make all sorts of new contacts to expand and enhance their network. He is also a voting member of the Central Council of the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers). Before he became director of VOB Makelaar, he was the director/owner of the real estate agency Stapper Vastgoed BV for 15 years. This agency was active in the Rotterdam area, both in residential and commercial real estate. Hans van der Ploeg has held various management positions within VBO Makelaar. He served as an executive board member with ICT for four years and he was the chairman of the Commercial Real Estate division for two years. Hans van der Ploeg has attended the Inman Connect real estate conference in January for years already. He is the initiator of this trip, with the intention to give the members and relations of the association the opportunity to pay a visit to this unique real estate event and to this impressive city. To get even more out of the visit, the association has organized various knowledge and networking events in New York where both Dutch and international real estate professionals and/or interested parties come together. LUCHT PARTICIPANTS ICNY 2019 Harry Bruijniks VBO Makelaar Chairman of the Executive Board Harry Bruijniks has been chairman of VBO Makelaar since May 19, 2017. He has been active in the retail sector for forty years. Harry Bruijniks started his career as a product manager at BOAS BV. Subsequently he held various marketing management and executive positions at Albert Heijn BV/AHOLD. For many years he was CEO at Laurus and then at Euretco B.V. In addition to being chairman of VBO Makelaar, he is also a board member of the Dutch Retail Trade Council, a member of the Supervisory Board of Panteia and a member of the Supervisory Board of Jumbo Supermarkten, Euretco and GS1. Luke Liplijn (VBO Makelaar relation) Matrixian Group Founder & CEO Luke Liplijn is the CEO of Matrixian Group. As an entrepreneur with a passion for data-driven solutions, he has believed in using data to create a better life for more than 10 years already. In 2008, he sold his frst company to Experian, a company listed in the London Stock Exchange that is included in the FTSE 100 index. In 2013, he sold his data company to postal company Sandd. In 2016, he founded the Matrixian Group. This company PARTICIPANTS ICNY 2019 has applied its expertise at numerous companies, including Samsung, ASR, Rijkswaterstaat, Sandd, GGN, Total Gas, Rabobank. Paul Saman (member VBO Makelaar) Kindt & Biesbroeck Makelaardij Co-owner My name is Paul Saman, I am 43 years old and I live with my partner Joyce. I am a father of 4 daughters. We live in beautiful Zeeland Flanders on the border between the Netherlands and Belgium. We are surrounded by a lot of great restaurants, so I like to eat out and I try to exercise as much as possible (bootcamp and crossft) to stay ft. Together with my partner, I am the owner of Kindt + Biesbroeck Vastgoed en Beheer, which is an all-round real estate agency with offces in Hulst, Terneuzen and recently in Cadzand-Bad. In the offce, we work with a team of 13 men and women in our various disciplines, including estate brokerage, commercial real estate consultancy and VvE (Association of Owners) management. In New York I hope to be able to speak to inspiring people, in addition to the experience of discovering this beautiful city, and to get some new ideas so that when I return to the Netherlands I can continue to innovate and revitalise. If all works well, I would like to listen to Ryan Serhant of Million Dollar Listing NYC at the fair. Curious if the city is also over the top “in real life”. 8 PARTICIPANTS ICNY 2019 Maarten Broekman (member VBO Makelaar) Maarten Makelaardij Director/broker My name is Maarten Broekman, co- founder of MAARTENMakelaardij. I am a fan and ambassador of the city of Rotterdam, the city where I live and work. This is also where Herjan Rook and I have two real estate agencies, plus one more in Drechtsteden. In 2019, we will have been around for 10 years already, and I am very curious about innovation in the brokerage world and certainly beyond our national borders. In 2009, we pioneered the use of social media as the main sales channel within the brokerage business. I expect to get inspiration in New York, and innovation power. Herjan Rook RMT (member VBO Makelaar) Maarten Makelaardij Director/broker/valuer My name is Herjan Rook, co-founder of MAARTENMakelaardij and a member of VBO since 2009. In our own way, we have managed to become an established name in Rotterdam. Now that we have been in business for 10 years, we have to take part in the Inman. Right? I expect to get inspiration in New York, which we will be able to use in the interests of our customers in the coming period. I am a driven person, and I'm always looking for new things in our feld. This will be my second visit to Inman Connect. Last year Ienjoyeditandmadenewfriends! Annemarie Hoevens-Peeters (member of the General Board of VBO Makelaar) Hoevens Makelaardij BV Owner/broker/valuer Inman Connect New York has been on my wish list for many years. The last time I went, everything was canceled at the last minute because of snowstorms. Iamverycuriousaboutthetrendsand developments in the real estate world. Sharing knowledge, experiences and broadening your view always benefts your own business and development. I hope to gain a lot of inspiration and possibly implement the acquired knowledge in my daily practice. Besides the congress, frst and foremost is the inspiration from the program, professionalism, travelling companions and of course the city. I'm excited! I am 24 years old and for the past 2.5 years I have been the owner of the real estate agency that my father founded, Correct Makelaars. We specialize in second homes. Why am I going to New York? Going to America has always been a dream, and the real estate world there seems very attractive. This seemed to be the ideal opportunity to combine the best of both worlds and, above all, to learn a lot about innovations and to gain inspiration, and to hopefully take this back and apply it in the Netherlands. Chester Baas (member VBO Makelaar) B2 Makelaars Co-owner My name is Chester Baas, and I have been working as an entrepreneur in the brokerage world for more than 10 years, and as a valuer for the past 4 years. Together with a partner (who won't be coming to NY) we own the agency B2 makelaars & taxateurs (no staff). We are active in both the Amsterdam and Haarlem regions. I am the father of 3 children aged between 9and20,Ienjoysports,tennis,football,bootcamp, obstacle runs and more. I have been looking forward to seeing New York with VBO for a few years already and am very excited to see and hear what it has to offer.

The world championship will be organised by Sportvisserij Nederland, in cooperation with Sportvisserij Zuidwest Nederland and the ONI angling society. Sportvisserij Nederland represents (competitive) anglers and their angling societies across the Netherlands and has existed as an angling organisation for over 100 years. Sportvisserij Nederland currently supports the interests of more than 550,000 anglers around the country. Nieuw-Roeselare is pre- Flanders sented as a case study on lost and deserted medieval settlements in the context of the re- search history on the topic in both Flanders and Zealand. Past historical geographical and archaeological research at the site is described and the ongoing and future research is presented along with its potential for landscape studies and planning. From 2002 he was full time professor at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, interim Director of CLUE, and founder and Managing Director of the Institute for Geo- and Bioarchaeology. This festschrift volume incorporates original publications in the field straddling the Sciences and Humanities produced by various former PhD-students, post-docs and colleagues. Landscape archaeology is described in the first cultural landscapes of Europe as a mysterious outcome, while the historical record of surface water flow of the central Netherlands is reviewed. The south-western Netherlands are historically analysed since military inundations during the Eighty Year’s War. The palaeolandscapes of the eastern Netherlands are reconstructed to locate the origins of the river Linge. The long time scale is considered in a 220.000 year overview of landscape development and habitation history in Flevoland. Bioarchaeology is represented in a review of the current state of isotope research in The Netherlands and a correlation between bio- and geochemistry meets an analysis of organic residues in copper corrosion products. Archaeometry reveals the colour of Dutch archaeological textures. The relevance of a quartzite Neolithic axe found near to Huizen, The Netherlands is described. In een index van de doopboeken van Axel wordt in doopboek 4 de volgende “de Koeijer’s” genoemd: 20/1/1669 Adriaenken de Koeijer 1/3/1671 Johannes de Koeijer 22/2/1673 Janneke de Koeijer 3/11/1675 Laureijns de Koeijer 3. In Westdorpe wordt op 19/12/1864 een Desiderius de Koeijer geboren, zoon van Stephanie de Koeijer. Deze zoon is op 9/1/1865, 3 weken oud, gestorven. Stephanie de Koeijer werd op 6- 11-1845 geboren te Zelzaete, R. Katholiek 4. Op 16 nov 1961 in Terneuzen trouwt Elisabeth Janna de Koeijer, geb. 05-07-1945 in Terneuzen, met Hubertus Adrianus Hendrikus Veringa. Kinderen Hubertus Martinus Adrianus Veringa en Vivian Veringa . 5. Op 22-2-2012 overleed te Zaamslag Janna Suzanna de Koeijer (geb Westdorpe 31-7-1932) 6. In 1732 werd in Hoek Jan Jans van Koelen gedoopt: getuige Jan de Koeijer. (bron: Open Archieven) 7. In 1869 werd in Axel een Jan de Koeijer ingeschreven als gevangene 8. In 1751 werd in Zaamslag een drieling begraven, vader Jan de Koeijer. In 1769 werd in Zaamslag een Willem de Koeijer j.m., vader Jan de Koeijer begraven. En ook in 1769 werd in Zaamslag Krijn de Koeijer begraven, vader Jan de Koeijer 9.
