WHEREAS, an election was held in the State of Delaware, on Tuesday, the third day of November, in the year ofour Lord two thousand twenty, that being the Tuesday next after the first Monday in said month, in accordance with the provisions ofthe Constitution and Laws ofthe State ofDelaware, in that behalf, for the purpose ofchoosing by ballot three Electors for the election ofa

AND WHEREAS, the official certificates or returns of said election, held in the several counties of the said State, in due manner made out, signed and executed, have been delivered to me according to the laws ofthe said State, by the Superior Court ofsaid counties; and having examined said returns, and enumerated and ascertained the number ofvotes for each and every candidate or person voted for as one ofsuch Electors, the result appears as follows, to wit:
