Part 2: Military Commuter Survey (FY 2012) To determine transportation challenges facing local military personnel during their daily commutes in Hampton Roads. 2/ 14 Military Commuter Survey Developed by HRTPO staff in coordination with local U.S. Armed Forces, local government, the Port of Virginia, HRT, and VDOT.
