It will be the first home matchup for Sat. 9 at Brockport/Oklahoma Invit. 2nd Place the Huskies since Nov. 22, 2013 against Arizona State. Fri. 15 at Lehigh L, 22-13 Fri. 22 ARIZONA STATE W, 18-15 • Bloomsburg is facing Rider for the first time since the 2008-09 season. In that match Sun. 24 at Keystone Classic 1st Place the Huskies won 26-10. Overall Rider leads the all-time series with the Huskies, 7-6. The Huskies are facing Hofstra for the second straight year after beating the Pride a year ago DECEMBER at the Northeast Duals. He won a championship at the AWN 14 2008 Midwest Classic and that same season was a regional champion. During the 2007-08 season Gordon was ranked as high as third in the 2013-14 HONORS AND AWARDS country. Gordon also served as a team captain. EWL Wrestler of the Week Gordon began his collegiate career at Eastern Michigan where he was a Nov. 11-Bryce Busler (OW At Brockport Invitational) two-year starter on the mat at EMU. Nov. 25-Josh Veltre and Richard Perry Gordon earned a degree in special education at Ashland. He and his wife, Jessica, live in the Bloomsburg area. Bloomsburg University Wrestling Bloomsburg University Wrestling 2013-14 Huskies Match Notes PERRY ON WINNING STREAK LOOKING AHEAD Richard Perry has won 18 straight matches after sweeping three The Huskies will head to face EWL-rival Edinboro on Jan. 25 in a 7 p.m. matches at the Virginia Duals. Three of wins have come by fall and start before having three straight matches at home. three by major decision. Before that, the last home dual match that the Pride dropped was on November 29, 2003 when the ninth-ranked Cornhuskers of Nebraska downed Hofstra, 30-10. HOFSTRA THIS YEAR: Hofstra, in its 60th season of wrestling, is 3-3 on the year with wins over #25 Bloomsburg, 2007-08 HOFSTRA unranked Bucknell and #25 Harvard, and losses to #7 Missouri, UNIVERSITY WRESTLING #10 Penn State and #3 Oklahoma State.
