It will be senior day for the Huskies who will honor their 14 seniors before the NOVEMBER start of the match. Bloomsburg beat Cleveland State, 30-8, and Clarion, 28-8. In both matches the Huskies won eight of the 10 DECEMBER bouts. Sun. 1 vs. (#7) Illinois # L, 29-18 vs. Penn # W, 21-16 • Bloomsburg leads in the season series with the the Patriots, 6-1. A year ago the Huskies Sat. 6 at PSAC Championships ^ 2nd Place posted a 39-0 win over GMU. The Huskies won four matches by major decision, one by Thurs.19 at Lock Haven * W, 19-16 technical fall and one by fall in earning the win by its largest margin of victory of the year Sun. 29 at Brute Invitational 2nd Place and getting its first shutout since a 54-0 drubbing of Millersville in January of 2012. JANUARY • After the Huskies conclude their home stand with the George Mason match the team Fri. 10 vs. Bucknell at Virginia Duals W, 24-11 will head to Columbus, Oh. on Feb. 16-17 for the NWCA National Duals. Bloomsburg will vs. Kent State at Virginia Duals L, 27-12 do battle with 13 other teams for the NWCA National Dual title. Gordon also served as a team captain. EWL Wrestler of the Week Nov. 11-Bryce Busler (OW At Brockport Invitational) Gordon began his collegiate career at Eastern Michigan where he was a Nov. 25-Josh Veltre and Richard Perry two-year starter on the mat at EMU. Gordon earned a degree in special education at Ashland. He and his wife, Jessica, live in the Bloomsburg area.
