UNIT BANYUMANIK SEMARANG Wahyu Febriyanti *) Sri Widiyati **) ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to identify how to increase customer satisfaction of Internet Banking Service Quality at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang with five dimensions of service quality which were tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty. Data in this research were obtained from questionnaires which spread to 100 (one hundred) respondents. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, satisfaction index analysis, and satisfaction gap test. The results from reliability and validity tests showed that items of service quality dimension such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were valid and reliable. Based on the result of satisfaction index analysis, the weighting average score of Internet Banking quality service is 4,046. That score is between 3,43 – 4,23 which means satisfied. Based on the result of satisfaction gap test the increase of satisfaction established on the fifteen sub indicators show satisfaction, and three sub indicators show dissatisfaction, then it needs special attention and an improvement from PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Banyumanik Semarang for three sub-indicators are not satisfied. Untuk analisis dan pengujian dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak program SPSS 20 dan SPSS 24. Berdasarkan uji parsial t yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menabung. Fundamental Analysis of Bank Rakyat Indonesia by Using Residual Earnings-Pbr
FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA BY USING RESIDUAL EARNINGS-PBR Posmarito Pakpahan ABSTRACT This paper investigates the fundamental value of the largest micro lender in Indonesia i.e. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. After financial crisis in 2008, due to improving macroeconomic condition and the increasing of banking income, some banks in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), such as BBCA, BMRI and BBRI were considered outperformed. Now, Banks become one of the most darling firms in market. Lately, Indonesian economy encountered some negative sentiments which downtrend in JCI including the banks. In beginning of 2014, Bank Rakyat Indonesia closed at IDR 7,250. By applying the residual earnings model-PBR, the writer considered that the current price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia was underperformed. The writer concluded that the target price of BBRI is IDR 11,155. This price implies that PER 13x and PBV 4.5x. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is valued at IDR 11,155 per share is rational and valid as from 2010, BRI have been moving at PER 11.6x and PBV 3.3x and it is in line compare to its industry PER & PBV. BAB I PENDAHULUAN I.1 Latar Belakang Bank adalah lembaga keuangan yang salah satu fungsinya menghimpun dana yang kurang produktif dari masyarakat dan menyalurkan menjadi kredit bagi dunia usaha. Dengan perannya yang dikenal dengan sebutan fungsi perantara keuangan tersebut, perbankan menjadi salah satu mata rantai dalam sistem keuangan suatu negara. Sebagai lembaga keuangan dengan kemampuan utama melaksanakan perantara keuangan menjadikan perbankan dapat disebut sebagai salah satu industri yang mampu merubah tabungan menjadi investasi. Dengan fungsinya yang strategis tersebut, tidak heran bila perbankan mendapat perhatian yang besar dari pemerintah karena perbankan adalah bisnis yang sarat dengan resiko dan kegagalan yang terjadi pada sistem perbankan bisa memberi dampak yang fatal pada perekonomian secara menyeluruh (disebut sebagai resiko sistemik). Menurut Undang-Undang Perbankan Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit dan atau bentuk-bentuk lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat banyak. Bentuk simpanan yang ada pada bank adalah dalam bentuk giro, tabungan dan deposito. Produk- produk simpanan tersebut dianggap oleh bank adalah dana pihak ketiga. Dari ketiga produk tersebut deposito merupakan produk yang menawarkan bunga simpanan yang menarik dan memiliki jangka waktu sesuai dengan perjanjian. Adapun kegiatan usaha yang dapat dijalankann oleh bank umum adalah kegiatan menghimpun dana (funding) dari masyarakat yang memiliki kelebihan dana (surplus) dalam bentuk simpanan giro, simpanan tabungan, dan simpanan deposito serta kegiatan menyalurkan dana (lending) kepada masyarakat yang kekurangan/membutuhkan dana (deficit), berupa kredit. Secara umum jenis kredit yang meliputi kredit investasi, kredit modal kerja, kredit perdagangan, kredit produktif, kredit konsumtif, dan kredit profesi. -

BAB I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang Penelitian Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan tercapainya tujuan dari perusahaan, jika sumber daya manusia tidak didukung dengan sumber daya yang berkualitas maka tujuan organisasi akan sulit untuk tercapai. Peran sumber daya manusia pada masa kini dan masa yang akan datang menjadi penentu bagi keberhasilan sebuah aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam pencapaian tujuan suatu perusahaan. Pada dasarnya tujuan perusahaan adalah memperoleh laba yang sebesar- besarnya dengan memanfaatkan unsur-unsur 6M yaitu: Man, Money, Methode, Machines, Material, dan Market (Hasibuan:1). Unsur-unsur tersebut sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang saling berkaitan sehingga satu sama lainnya tidak dapat dipisahkan. Diantara unsur-unsur tersebut, maka unsur yang paling penting adalah sumber daya manusia (man) dimana manusia selalu berperan aktif dan dominan dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan, karena manusia menjadi perencana, pelaku, dan penentu terwujudnya tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan tidak mungkin tercapai tanpa peran aktif karyawan meskipun alat yang dimiliki perusahaan sangat canggih dan lengkap, tetapi pihak perusahaan perlu berhati-hati dalam 1 2 mengatur dan mengarahkan karyawannya karena mereka mempunyai pikiran, status, perasaan, keinginan, dan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tugas dan hasil kerja karyawan telah dicapai yaitu dengan melihat dari hasil prestasi kerja karyawan yang telah tercapai tersebut, hasil prestasi kerja ini mampu membantu untuk menetapkan gaji dan pemberian insentif, sebab prestasi kerja itu sendiri hasil kerja dari kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya, karena karyawan dan perusahaan tidak dapat dipisahkan, karyawan memegang peran utama dalam menjalankan kegiatan perusahaan, dan juga berperan sebagai pelaku aktif dari setiap kegiatan organisasi. -
