CAMPAIGN for BIG MEMBERS 1. This “ June 2X Bonus Re TERMS & CONDITIONS – “June 2X Bonus Regional All Banks Campaign” CAMPAIGN FOR BIG MEMBERS 1. This “June 2X Bonus Regional All Banks Campaign” [“Campaign”] is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. [“Organiser”]. 2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto. 3. Ltd, and (ix) Commonwealth Bank of Australia 4. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Condition is a condition of entry. 5. This Campaign runs from 1st June 2021 (00:00) (GMT +8) until 30th June 2021 (23:59) (GMT +8), (both dates inclusive), unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit. 6. To qualify and participate in the Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”): a. Must be an existing BIG Member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by the Organiser at the point of participation in the Campaign; b. Convert the respective Organiser’s Partners’ rewards points to a minimum of 1,000 BIG Points in a single transaction at the conversion ratio set by the respective Organiser’s Partners during the Campaign Period, by contacting the respective Organiser’s Partners or via BIG Xchange platform (for Citibank Berhad, Citibank N.A (Thailand), Citibank, NA Indonesia, Citibank Singapore Limited, Krungsriayudhya Card Co., Ltd, Ayudhya Capital Services Co. Ltd. only) on the BIG Rewards mobile application and/or AirAsia website (airasia.com) and/or mobile app, to be entitled to receive bonus BIG Points as follows: - (i) Conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s rewards points to BIG Points via BIG Xchange platform on BIG Rewards mobile application and/or airasia.com and/or mobile app:- 200% of the regular BIG Points received pursuant to the conversion transaction as a bonus, in addition to the regular BIG Points entitlement; (ii) Conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s rewards points to BIG Points by contacting the respective Organiser’s Partners: - 100% of the regular BIG Points received pursuant to the conversion transaction as a bonus, in addition to the regular BIG Points entitlement Regardless of the volume of the Organiser’s Partner’s rewards points converted pursuant to this Campaign, Participants shall not be entitled to receive more than 10,000 BIG Points per conversion transaction. 7. The regular BIG Points (save for the regular BIG Points received pursuant to the points conversion transaction via BIG Xchange platform which shall be credited instantly upon successful conversion transaction) will be credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account within the standard period determined by the Organiser and respective Organiser’s Partners whereas the bonus BIG Points will be credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Campaign Period (or any other period as the Organiser deems necessary) subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary. 8. All conversion of points pursuant to this Campaign is subject to each of the Organiser’s Partners respective conversion terms and conditions that can be located at https://www.airasiabig.com/. 9. All conversion of points pursuant to this Campaign will not be eligible for entry to other campaigns or promos concurrently organised by the Organiser and/or Organiser’s Partners and Participants will not be eligible to receive bonus BIG Points from multiple points conversion campaigns or promos organised by the Organiser and/or Organiser’s Partners. 10. The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of points conversion transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information and/or documents to the Organiser upon request. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained. 11. All Participants hereby consent to the Organiser using all their details provided by the Participants to the Organiser upon registering for BIG Rewards membership at the Organiser’s website, mobile application, Facebook page and/or other relevant social media for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this Campaign including any outcome, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 12. If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign without notice and liability to Participants. 13. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the regular BIG Points and/or bonus BIG Points from any Participant if it believes the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the regular BIG Points and/or bonus BIG Points or undertaken in any activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser. 14. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 15. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected conversion or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise. 16. The Organiser, subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja perusahaan melalui metode rasio keuangan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari annual report PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019 serta data pedukung lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hasil rasio keuangan menunjukan kinerja yang sangat baik dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019 dan berdasarkan dari kriteria Bank Indonesia kinerja keuangan dapat dikategorikan dalam kategori sehat. Kata Kunci : Rasio Keuangan, Tingkat Kesehatan Perbankan Abstract This study is entitled Financial Statement Analysis Using the Financial Ratio Method to Assess the Banking Health of Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in the period 2017 - 2019. This study aims to analyze the company's performance through the financial ratio method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual report of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk from 2017 to 2019 as well as other supporting data. From the results of the study it was found that the results of financial ratios showed very good performance from 2017 to 2019 and based on Bank Indonesia criteria financial performance can be categorized in the healthy category.
