This significant growth was largely driven by higher net interest income, increase in fee-based income and gains on sales of marketable securities. This improvement has resulted in an increase in both ROAA and ROAE, being 2.0% and 22.3%, respectively Dec'00 D ec'01 D ec'02 as compared to last year’s percentage of 1.4% and 16.1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja perusahaan melalui metode rasio keuangan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang bersumber dari annual report PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019 serta data pedukung lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hasil rasio keuangan menunjukan kinerja yang sangat baik dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2019 dan berdasarkan dari kriteria Bank Indonesia kinerja keuangan dapat dikategorikan dalam kategori sehat. Kata Kunci : Rasio Keuangan, Tingkat Kesehatan Perbankan Abstract This study is entitled Financial Statement Analysis Using the Financial Ratio Method to Assess the Banking Health of Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in the period 2017 - 2019. This study aims to analyze the company's performance through the financial ratio method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual report of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk from 2017 to 2019 as well as other supporting data. From the results of the study it was found that the results of financial ratios showed very good performance from 2017 to 2019 and based on Bank Indonesia criteria financial performance can be categorized in the healthy category.

Kristiadi Ng Kee Choe Wakil Komisaris Utama/ Komisaris Utama Komisaris Independen Ng Kee Choe telah menjabat sebagai Komisaris sejak Maret 2004 dan Dr. Kristiadi menjabat sebagai Komisaris sejak tahun 2005. kemudian diangkat sebagai Komisaris Utama dalam RUPST bulan Mei tahun 2006 dan telah menjabat sebagai Komisaris sejak Maret 2004. Beliau memperoleh gelar PhD dari Sorbonne University, Perancis tahun 1979. Saat ini merupakan Chairman Singapore Power Limited dan NTUC Income Insurance Cooperative. Beliau juga duduk dalam Boards of Singapore Saat ini Beliau menjabat sebagai Staf Ahli Menteri Keuangan Republik Exchange Limited dan Singapore Airport Terminal Services Limited. Indonesia Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai Vice Chairman dan Direktur DBS Sebelumnya, menjabat sebagai Direktur Pemeliharaan Aset dan Group Holdings Ltd hingga pensiun pada bulan Juni tahun 2003. Direktur Anggaran Kementrian Keuangan RI dan Ketua Lembaga Administrasi Negara RI dari tahun 1990 hingga tahun 1998. Selanjutnya Mendapat penghargaan Public Service Star Award pada bulan Agustus menjabat sebagai Asisten V Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pengawasan, tahun 2001. Pembangunan, dan Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara sampai tahun 2001, Deputi Menteri Sekretaris Menteri Negara kabinet reformasi Keahlian: sampai tahun 2004, sekertaris menteri Komunikasi dan Informasi hingga Kredit, Keuangan, Sumberdaya Manusia, Tresuri, Manajemen Risiko tahun 2004. Beliau menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Jenderal Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia pada tahun 2005-2006.     FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA BY USING RESIDUAL EARNINGS-PBR Posmarito Pakpahan ABSTRACT This paper investigates the fundamental value of the largest micro lender in Indonesia i.e. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. After financial crisis in 2008, due to improving macroeconomic condition and the increasing of banking income, some banks in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), such as BBCA, BMRI and BBRI were considered outperformed. Now, Banks become one of the most darling firms in market. Lately, Indonesian economy encountered some negative sentiments which downtrend in JCI including the banks. In beginning of 2014, Bank Rakyat Indonesia closed at IDR 7,250. By applying the residual earnings model-PBR, the writer considered that the current price of Bank Rakyat Indonesia was underperformed. The writer concluded that the target price of BBRI is IDR 11,155. This price implies that PER 13x and PBV 4.5x. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is valued at IDR 11,155 per share is rational and valid as from 2010, BRI have been moving at PER 11.6x and PBV 3.3x and it is in line compare to its industry PER & PBV.
