CHEF’S CORNER Dear Members,

Over the last few years we have proactively made adjustments and additions to our menus to accommodate our members’ and guests’ dietary preferences and restrictions. We take these requests very seriously and each order is overseen by multiple managers to ensure that the meal is prepared and served properly. All of our food and beverage managers, and many of our line staff, are certified by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association in allergen awareness, as well as safe food handling.

In most restaurants and clubs, dining room menus have a symbol next to the gluten free items to make ordering easier for those with a gluten allergy, or for those who prefer to avoid gluten altogether. When we update the Club’s menus, we create a second menu listing all the new items we’ve made a gluten free option for. Additionally, Veritas now offers both appetizers and entrées with vegan options. One of the newest vegan options is our crispy cauliflower tacos, with red cabbage slaw, a Thai red curry with coconut milk with a selection of seasonal vegetables and jasmine rice.

We look forward to seeing you at the Club.
