There is some controversy about the specific assignment of these populations: while most authors assign them toC. pyrenaica (Gené, 1832), other consider that C. aptera (Mégerlé, 1825) is also present in the Pyrenees. The main objective of this work was to revise the identity and synonyms of Pyrenean Chelidura. Specimens from recent fieldwork and collections (MNCN-CSIC) were used for morphological and molecular studies (cytochrome oxidase 1). All Pyrenean specimens shared similar cox1 sequences, very divergent from those of Alpine C. ap- tera. As a consequence, the variability observed in male cerci morphology from the Pyrenees, ranging from long and slightly curved to short and very curved, corresponded to C. pyrenaica, and the presence of C. aptera in the Pyrenees can be rejected. As previously suggested by Maccagno (1933) and Fontana et al. (2021), the revision of the synonymic list uncovered the misplacement of the name F. simplex Germar, 1825 under the synonymy of C. aptera, while it rather represents a synonym of C. -

Key words: Hemiptera, morphology, Erythroneurini, taxonomy Introduction The leafhopper genus Salka Dworakowska, 1972 belongs to the Typhlocybinae tribe Erythroneurini with Zygina nigricans Matsumura, 1932 as its type species. The known species of this genus are distributed in the Oriental and Palearctic regions, and they are pests of gramineous plants, shrub, and so on. Most recently, it was studied by Chiang & Knight (1990), Sohi & Mann (1994), Dworakowska (1994, 2006) and Zhang et al. (2009). Zhang et al. (2009) described nine new species and provided a detailed review including the generic characteristics of Salka, a key to males and a species checklist of Chinese Salka. So far, fifty-three species are known, including twenty-nine species from China. Here, another seven new species from South China are described and illustrated. All specimens examined are deposited to the collection of the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University, China (GUGC). -

A survey of leafhopper species in the region of Mornag, in the Tunisian North East, shows the presence of two major species feeding on these cultivated trees: Asymmetrasca decedens and Zygina flammigera. The first was previously reported in 2007 on grapevine in the Cap Bon region, but not as stone fruit pest, while the second species is new for the Tunisian fauna. Almond trees seem to be more attacked by cicadellid than peach (67% on almond and 33% on peach). This Scientific Opinion covers the plant health risks posed by the two following hazelnut commodities to be imported from Serbia. 1. Bare rooted plants: 1- to 3-year-old plants of Corylus avellana or C. avellana grafted on C. colurna, without leaves. 2. Plants in pots: 2-year-old plants of C. avellana, without leaves. The assessment was performed by taking into account the available scientific information, including the technical information provided by Serbia. The relevance of any pest for this Opinion was based on evidence following defined criteria. One EU quarantine pest, i.e. Flavescence doree phytoplasma, fulfilled all relevant criteria and was selected for further evaluation. For this pathogen, the risk mitigation measures proposed in the Technical Dossier from Serbia were evaluated separately for bare rooted plants and for plants in pots, taking into account the possible limiting factors.
