Submission Guidelines

CD’s (strongly encouraged) or tapes: All CD and/or cassette recordings should be of the highest recording quality possible. DO NOT write or label any information on the physical CD or tape itself. Enclose each recording with the above listed application. Each recording will be given a number so the identity of soloist/ensemble is not known to the judges. If a tape is submitted, please rewind the tape before submitting. Multiple recordings can be sent in 1 envelope with individual applications wrapped around each CD/tape.

Deadline: Recordings must be postmarked by no later thanFriday, Feb 3rd, 2017.Hand delivered recordings must be received by Tuesday, Feb. 7th, no later than 8 pm.Please understand that late submissions of any kind will not be accepted under ANY circumstances.

Notifications: CDs/tapes will be judged on Saturday, February11thand allthose acceptedwill be notified by email as well as posted on the WVMEA website ASAP.

Fee: enclose $10 payable to the WVMEA with Solo and Ensemble in the memo line. Mail the check and recording to:
