Many organizations continue to have “gremlins” or “anomalies” that plague their network. These include network slowdowns, dropped connections, and voice quality problems for VoIP calls.

As a result of the effort and skill required, many companies fail to achieve the real benefit of the intelligence that already exists inside the network equipment.
