This System Document will explain how to search for FSBO property in Toronto, ON by using Homes for Sale by Owner website. It will also explain how to add information from this website into a Google Spreadsheet.

- Homes for sale by owner(FSBO) This site offers free listing service to home owners in Canada. You can post unlimited number of properties with 3 photos for free. Your listing will show on this page as soon as it is submitted.

Searching for Toronto FSBO Listings –

  1. Go to Left Side Bar and Look for Ontario. Click: Ontario


  1. Unfortunately this site does not have Advanced Search Options. You will have to click through each listing and find properties that are between $400,000 to $800,000.

Many listings’ information is only available for premium (paid members) so use your discretion in adding these listings to the data base. You will not be able to obtain seller information, but you can view the listing and add the address to database. Just add note that this listing is for Premium Members only, and you were only able to access address.

There are some listings under Broker names. Do not include these in database. Add FSBO only.


  1. Next you will add this information for each listing to Google Spreadsheet.

Look for website information in description and add those to notes.
