- Paperwork needed (signed in its entirety) for 11th can be found here
- No more need to notarize page one as it does not exist anymore
Discuss medical clearance information – be sure to have the athlete’s id # handy
- Concussion testing – will be handled here by myself and Troi Smith our athletic trainer

Gear for next year will be ordered hereas follows It will be available for purchase on June 1st until July 31st. The merchandise will then be delivered to the school prepackaged and ready to hand out on that student’s first athletics period athletic period (A or B day).
Required gear is the team tight fit shirts and team shorts as well as a game day t-shirt. These items are at the lowest possible price.
Food next year will be from Chik-fil-a and will be at a cost of 5 dollars per game day and will only be accepted as a one-time payment of $30. No more weekly payments will be accepted. Payments will be accepted from May 4th until – August 26th. Meals will consist of one or two chicken strip sandwiches or burgers (your choice
