With the changing behavior of land use by explosive population growth, the ecological environment is constantly disturbed and destroyed by humans, and the value of ecosystem services is obviously degraded. After the introduction of the national new-type urbanization plan, counties have become the key areas to promote new-type urbanization, and county land use is exceptionally active. Therefore, it is especially urgent to grasp the impact of county land use changes on ecosystem service values. Based on remote sensing satellite image interpretation to obtain county land use classification data, the changes of ecosystem service values in County between 1995 and 2015 were thoroughly explored. The research results show that the total value of ecosystem services has increased in most regions during the 20 years, among which, the service value of Shunchang County has increased most significantly. In terms of the service values of different land use types in each region, woodland is the main contributor to ecological services in different regions. From different time periods, Jian'ou City had the highest value of woodland ecosystem services in 1995 and 2015. In contrast, Songxi County had a lower value of services for each ecosystem type during 20 years. example, Li et al. [9] used the urban ecotourism zone as 1 Introduction an empirical evidence, used the urban ecotourism area as the empirical object to determine the degree of land use Land use has an integrated function of ecology, production fragmentation through the landscape pattern index, and and living (referred to as "triple life") [1], which then explored the evolutionary characteristics of land use transforms land with natural properties into an artificial and ecosystem service values, and revealed the influence ecosystem with social properties. Land use type is a mechanism of land use fragmentation on ecosystem complex of natural or artificial land cover that can change service values; Feng et al. [10] studied the national key in form and state [2]. Humans live in ecosystems, ecological function area (Hanzhong City) found that receiving gifts from them every moment and releasing woodland, cultivated land and watershed were the main harmful substances to them, which in serious cases lead to contributors to ecological services in Hanzhong city and disruption of ecosystems and eventually affect human sensitive factors to changes in ecological service values. survival and development [3]. Land use change will not The findings of the existing studies show that the research only cause changes in the environment on which human on the impact of land use change on ecosystem service beings depend, thus affecting the structure and function of values has been relatively mature, but the empirical the earth's biosphere, chemosphere and physical sphere, evidence objects are mostly gathered at large and medium but also cause imbalance in the material and energy flows scales, and the empirical analysis on the county scale is of the ecosystem, resulting in a drastic reduction of still rare. Therefore, Nanping City, the largest prefecture- biodiversity and global warming [4]. Land use is one of level city in Fujian Province and one of the earliest the closest intersections between human and nature, and developed areas in Fujian Province, was selected as the land use change and ecosystem service function change study area, and 10 districts (cities and counties) under its are a pair of contradictory unities that develop jurisdiction were taken as specific research objects. Using synergistically [5-8]. Therefore, it is important to study the two phases of remote sensing image data in 1995 and 2015, value of ecosystem services under land use change for the based on software platforms such as ENVI and ArcGIS, conservation of regional ecosystem service functions. the modified ecosystem value per unit area equivalent In recent years, against the background of rapid urban factor method was applied to study the impact of land use expansion, the urbanization process of counties has changes on ecosystem service values in different regions accelerated significantly, causing environmental disasters of Nanping City, with a view to providing technical such as continuous decrease of biodiversity and increase support for ecosystem protection and ecological of heat island effect intensity in counties with weak civilization construction in Nanping County and Fujian awareness of ecological and environmental protection. Nanping City, Fujian Province as the study case. Nanping City is located in the northern part of Fujian Province, 3.2 Research Methodology commonly known as northern Fujian, with a land area of 2.63×104 km2. Nanping City has two municipal districts, five counties and three county-level cities, including 3.2.1 Selection of ecosystem service indicators Yanping District, Jianyang District, Shunchang County, Pucheng County, Guangze County, Songxi County, Drawing on the research results of Xie et al. [11] and Zhenghe County, Shaowu City, Wuyishan City and Jian'ou referring to other related studies, this paper selected nine City (Figure 1). Nanping City belongs to the central indicators of ecosystem services, including gas regulation, subtropical temperate monsoon climate, with an annual climate regulation, water conservation, soil formation and average temperature of 17ï~19ï and an annual average protection, waste treatment, biodiversity conservation, rainfall of 1684~1780 mm, with distinct rainy seasons. food production, supply of raw materials, and recreation Among the areas under the jurisdiction of Nanping, and culture. According to the equivalence table developed by Xie et al. [11] with the land use types actually classified in this paper, the equivalence factor table of the unit area value of ecosystem services conforming to Nanping City was made, see Table 1. It is necessary to explain that the construction land is not included in Table 1, because the ecosystem service is its functional utility, and its utility size refers to the degree of satisfying human needs, so only its positive utility to human is calculated in this paper. The construction land are mainly rural residential sites and urban industrial and mining sites, which damage the natural ecological environment and continuously discharge sewage, waste gas and solid waste into the Fig. 1. Map of study area environment, so they not only produce little positive ecological utility but also produce negative utility. Based on the above considerations, the ecosystem service value 3 Research Methodology of construction land is not accounted for in this paper. Table1. Abstract. Epidemiological survey of filariasis in Fujian Province, China showed that malayan filariasis, transmitted by Anopheles lesteri anthropophagus was mainly distributed in the northwest part and bancrof tian filariasis with Culex quinquefasciatus as vector, in middle and south coastal regions. Both species of filariae showed typical nocturnal periodicity. Involvement of the extremities was not uncommon in mala yan filariasis. In contrast, hydrocele was often present in bancroftian filariasis, in which limb impairment did not appear so frequently as in the former. Hetrazan treatment was administered to the microfilaremia cases identified during blood examination surveys, which were integrated with indoor residual spraying of insecticides in endemic areas of malayan filariasis when the vector mosquito was discovered and with mass treatment with hetrazan medicated salt in endemic areas of bancroft ian filariasis. At the same time the habitation condition was improved. These factors facilitated the decrease in incidence. As a result malayan and bancroftian filariasis were proclaimed to have reached the criterion of basic elimination in 1985 and 1987 respectively. Surveillance was pursued thereafter and no signs of resurgence appeared. sustainability Article Deciphering the Spatial Structures of City Networks in the Economic Zone of the West Side of the Taiwan Strait through the Lens of Functional and Innovation Networks Yan Ma * and Feng Xue School of Architecture and Urban-Rural Planning, Fuzhou University, Fuzhou 350108, Fujian, China; [email protected] * Correspondence: [email protected] Received: 17 April 2019; Accepted: 21 May 2019; Published: 24 May 2019 Abstract: Globalization and the spread of information have made city networks more complex. The existing research on city network structures has usually focused on discussions of regional integration. With the development of interconnections among cities, however, the characterization of city network structures on a regional scale is limited in the ability to capture a network’s complexity. To improve this characterization, this study focused on network structures at both regional and local scales. Through the lens of function and innovation, we characterized the city network structure of the Economic Zone of the West Side of the Taiwan Strait through a social network analysis and a Fast Unfolding Community Detection algorithm. We found a significant imbalance in the innovation cooperation among cities in the region. When considering people flow, a multilevel spatial network structure had taken shape. Among cities with strong centrality, Xiamen, Fuzhou, and Whenzhou had a significant spillover effect, which meant the region was depolarizing. Quanzhou and Ganzhou had a significant siphon effect, which was unsustainable. Generally, urbanization in small and midsize cities was common. These findings provide support for government policy making. Keywords: city network; spatial organization; people flows; innovation network 1.

In the past 30 years, the rate of sea level rise was increasing, which is under the background of the average temperature uplift 0.2F°(0.11 °C)every 10 years in succession from the 1980s to the past 10 years this century. On the basis of the absolute and relative sea-level rise rate that was calculated from the tidal data during the same period at home and abroad in the last 30 years, in accordance with the resolutions of the 2010 climate conference in Cancun, at the same time, considering the previous prediction and research, the world’s sea levels and the relative sea level in Tianjin, Shanghai, Dongying, Xiamen, Haikou and other coastal cities that have severe land subsidence in 2050 and 2100 are calculated and evaluated.

Innovative solutions based on proposed broadband Green’s function method are presented and demonstrated to solve the challenging problems in signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility and interference for computer system designs. The main contents of this dissertation are twofold: to overcome the fundamental restrictions in the conventional Green’s function methods through introducing the broadband Green’s function method, to explore the applications of the broadband Green’s function to modeling of high-speed interconnects in modern electronic devices and systems. In the first project, the method of broadband Green’s function with low wavenumber extraction (BBGFL) is proposed for arbitrary shaped waveguide. The methodologies of BBGFL are derived for both Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions. In the second project, we combine the BBGFL with method of moment (MoM) for fast full wave modeling and simulations of scattering in arbitrary shaped waveguides.

The demographic and clinicopathological characteristics were captured and compared between the BMAC and BIDC patients. In addition, the overall survival (OS) and disease-specific survival (DSS) rates were estimated, and the prognostic factors of BMAC and BIDC were identified using univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: The BMAC patients presented with older ages, lower histological grades, less advanced stages, smaller tumor sizes, less lymph node involvement, fewer metastases, higher hormone receptor (HR) expressions, lower human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) expressions, more surgical treatments, and more unmarried women than the BIDC patients, and the BMAC patients had significantly greater 3-year OS (99.1% vs. 94.5%, P < 0.001) and DSS rates (96.1% vs. 92.8%, P < 0.001) than the BIDC patients.
