The goal of the Biz Fest is “to promote public-private partner- ships and showcase the various programs, products, and services within the industries and across the sectors,” according to officials from the Department of Commerce, Planning Division. Some of the industries that will be highlighted — and the day they will be featured are as follows: ¥ Fisheries & Agriculture (Wednesday, April 11th) ¥ Technology & Healthcare (Thursday, April 12th) ¥ Tourism & Food/Beverage (Friday, April 13th) Each of the six industries are being spearheaded by partner agencies that include the Dept. of Marine and Wildlife Resources, Department of Agriculture, the American Samoa Telecommuni- cations Authority, the American Samoa Power Authority, Depart- ment of Health, American Samoa Visitors Bureau, and the Depart- ment of Commerce.
