Minister of Advanced Education and Punjabi Cultural Association, who celebrated their 26th anniversary Technology. at the Jubilee Auditorium on Sunday, October 12, which I had the privilege of attending. These six individuals are sitting in the members’ gallery. They are Gurwarinder Singh Gill, vice-president; Mr. Horner: Well, thank you, Mr. Speaker. It’s indeed a pleasure Ajaib Singh Mann, the education director; Maghar Singh Sandhu, for me to rise today and introduce to you and through you to all the past president; and Mrs. Ajmer Kaur, Mr. Nanak Singh Lamba, members of the Legislature 74 visitors from J.J. Nearing school in and Mr. Kanwal Lyall are volunteers with the Punjabi school. St. Albert. I believe they are seated in both galleries. This is a Mr. Speaker, there are over 2,500 people in my constituency of group of bright, enthusiastic students who are, indeed, our hope for Edmonton-Ellerslie who identify their primary language as Punjabi, the future of this province. They are also celebrating a special year and the Punjabi Cultural Association has been instrumental in this year as it’s the 10-year anniversary for J.J. Nearing.     Final Report Flats Arterial Community Panel April 2019 This report has been published by the members of the Flats Arterial Community Panel, at the request of Vancouver City Council and Vancouver Park Board. The Community Panel was composed of 37 demographically diverse Vancouver residents and business participants. They worked together over 4 months to recommend a preferred arterial alignment through False Creek Flats that best meets the needs of the neighbourhood, city, and region as a whole. This report represents the learning journey of Panel members by sharing their draft discussion products and their final recommendation. It was written primarily by Panelists with support from the project staff team. Highway maintenance crews hoped to reopen the highway on February 28. Traffic over the Rogers Pass section of the Trans-Canada Highway was also delayed by avalanche stabilisation work. Details: In March, a section of bank let loose, slamming into what was then called the Island Inn Motel and causing extensive damage. Details: Starting 10 p.m. on March 12, southeast winds caused power outages between Courtenay-Kelsy Bay, including Quadra Island. The Campbell River airport recorded winds as high as 80 km/h. A heavy blanket of wet snow compounded the problem. In the Black Creek and Campbell River area, about 11 cm of snow fell, while the Campbell River airport received 30 cm.
