General. This Act amends The Legislative Assembly Act (R.S.A. 1955, c. 174) in accordance with the recommendations (a) and (b) of the special committee of the Assembly set up on the 1Uh of February. Since the electoral divisions there dealt with were enacted by 19'57, chapter 41 (not yet proclaimed) these amendments are necessarily made to that latter Act. Clause 2 makes corresponding changes in rural electoral divisions affected by the alteration of boundaries in city constituencies.

This Bill will become effective only upon the commencement of 1957, chapteT 41. BILL

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows:

1.
