INDEPENDENT AUDITOR’S REPORT OF THE ANNUAL ACCOUNTS FROM FISCAL YEAR 2004

To the Board of Trustees of the FUNDACIÓN SECRETARIADO GENERAL GITANO

1. We have audited the annual accounts of the FUNDACIÓN SECRETARIADO GENERAL GITANO that include the 31 December 2004 Balance Sheet, the Profit and Loss Statement and the Economic Report all corresponding to the fiscal period ending on the above date and drawn up under the responsibility of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. It is our duty to emit an opinion on these annual accounts considered jointly based on our work carried out in compliance with generally accepted auditing regulations that include the examination, through the use of selective tests, of the justifying evidence corresponding to the annual accounts and the assessment of their presentation, the accounting principles applied and the estimations made.

2. For comparison purposes and for each one of the Balance Sheet entries and the profit and loss statement, the Board has presented the figures corresponding to fiscal year 2004 together with those of 2003. Our opinion refers exclusively to the fiscal 2004 Annual Accounts. On 13 May 2004 another group of auditors issued their auditing report on the annual accounts of fiscal 2003 and expressed a favourable opinion.
