Among the activities discussed were the “Panan-awan 2019” or the Architectural Scaled Model Exhibit, Basketball Tournament, Tree Planting and Clean-up Drive, and the Arki Night 2019 / Fellowsip Night. Other topics were about the schedule of Family Day and Christmas Day 2019, Sad-sad Panaad for Ati-atihan 2020, the upcoming Joint Area-C Assembly (JACA) 2020 and UAP NatCon & Conex 2020. UAP Aklan Chapter won the Basketball Tournament scored 63 points versus UAPSA ASU-CIT scored 58 points. Type of Activity GMM Seminar x Socio-Civic Others Activity in line with 4Ps x Profession Professional Professional Organization Professional Product Activity in support of the x Unity x Accountability Professional Excellence UAP corporate thrust Tree Planting and clean-up drive was conducted last November 22, 2019 at Lambingan Beach, Pook, Kalibo, Aklan. This is in connection to the National Architecture Week (NAW) 2019 celebration with a theme “Abot TaNAW: Tahanan para sa Lahat” together with the UAPGA Aklan Chapter and ASU-CIT UAPSA. There were 200 seedlings of Bakhawan planted on that day then a clean-up drive was conducted at the beach. Starting from 1998, the information-related activities of SEAFDEC have been intensified through the formulation of the program on Center-wide Information Network, which aims to serve as a platform for the implementation of the organizational information- related activities. And in order to harmonize the information-related activities undertaken by the SEAFDEC Secretariat and Departments, SEAFDEC has regularly organized the Information Staff Exchange Program (ISEP) with participation of information-related officers from the Secretariat and Departments. In order to further harmonize the information-related initiatives toward the organizational goal, during the Sixth ISEP Meeting in 2005, the ‘Information Strategies for Enhancing SEAFDEC Visibility and Communication’ was formulated; and was subsequently endorsed by the 38th Meeting of the SEAFDEC Council in 2006.
