Recourse cases: The task of the medical on-call service is the basic emergency care. This means that it is primarily for family doctor tasks during the out of consulting hours which are unavailable till next consulting time. That is to say the service is primarily for newly formed diseases or pre-existing disease state’s worsening when immediate medical aid is needed to avoid the risk of sustained injury of health. Since it is an emergency service it can be used only for emergency cases when the patient without medical aid might be in a mortal or health danger. Any changes in health that are not included in this circle, they are not emergency aid cases. (Some of the life-threatening conditions, diseases and cases which need emergency medical services can be found in the 52/2006. (XII. 28.) decree.)
