Tap on the ‘Pay Your Contact’ feature under the PAY YOUR CONTACT 2 ‘Quick Access’ section available right on top of your home screen
3 Enter / select the mobile number of the beneficiary
Select where you would like to send money: Tap on Kotak Icon if the receiver is a Kotak Customer 4 OR Tap on any fo the Payment Apps displayed on the screen
Please note - You could also manually enter the UPI ID
5 Review your details and submit!

1 Go to Kotak Net Banking login page
2 Enter your User ID/CRN/Card Number
Enter your Net Banking Password or 3 tap on ‘Generate Password’
After this, enter your register mobile number 4 and the OTP received.
Enter your card number and details to 5 generate your password
Alternatively, you can set your password by - Answering security questions set by you earlier or 6 - Requesting the delivery of a physical PIN to your bank registered address.
