Sunday, June 17 -

10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ACE General Store and sales tables open 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Dollywood open to public – show parking pass for free parking 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Registration – Ballroom, Park Vista DoubleTree, Gatlinburg, TN 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Dollywood Tours and Adventure Mountain Challenge Course Competition sign-ups – Dollywood hospitality table, Park Vista Ballroom. Advance sign-ups are required for all tours & competition (limited capacity). Noon – 4 p.m. ACE Lounge open – located in Apple Jack’s, across from Dolly’s Tennessee Mountain Home – #79 on park map (look for the banner) 5 p.m. Coaster Con Welcome at Dollywood Train Depot, #98 on park map 6 p.m. Train ride to top of mountain – Opening ceremony, big skillets/BBQ meal, entertainment Note – there is only one train to the top of the mountain. Do NOT be late. If you miss the train, you miss the meal and activities on top of the mountain. Again, there is only one train to the top. 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. ERT – , , Blazing Fury, Adventure Mountain (until dark) 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. ERT Dessert – served at Hickory House and Skyview Snacks

Monday, June 18 - Dollywood

6 a.m. Parking lot opens – show parking pass for free parking 6:30 a.m. Dollywood Tours – Thunderhead, , or Wild Eagle (meet at front gate) – advance sign-ups required during Sunday’s registration, Dollywood Hospitality table 7 – 7:30 a.m. Registration – Lobby, Park Vista DoubleTree, Gatlinburg, TN 8 – 9:30 a.m. ERT – Thunderhead, Mystery Mine, Lumberjack Lifts, Playground 8 – 9:30 a.m. Breakfast – LumberJack’s Pizza, #20 on park map 9 a.m. Photo Safari – Wild Eagle 9:30 a.m. Photo Safari – Tennessee Tornado 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. ACE Lounge open – located in Apple Jack’s, across from Dolly’s Tennessee Mountain Home – #79 on park map (look for the banner) 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Photo and Newsletter contest open – ACE Lounge 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Dollywood open to public and attendees 10:30 a.m. Exclusive ACE performance – Dreamland Drive-in, followed by stage tour and Q&A, #122 on park map. 1 – 3 p.m. Adventure Mountain Challenge Course Competition – advance sign-ups required during Sunday’s registration, Dollywood Hospitality table 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Dinner – Blue Ribbon Pavilion and Celebration Hall 7 p.m. Midway Olympics – Country Fair games area 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. ERT – Country Fair (all rides) 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. Surprise ERT snack – Celebration Hall, #105 on the park map 10:30 p.m. – Midnight ACE General Store and sales tables open 10:30 p.m. – Midnight Swimmin’ Hole Mixer (cash bar) – Park Vista Pool/Courtyard, all attendees are welcome and parking is available for those attendees not staying at the Park Vista. 6 a.m. Parking lot opens – show parking pass for free parking 6:30 a.m. Dollywood Tours – Blazing Fury, Mountain Slidewinder Boat Shop, Train Roundhouse (meet at front gate) – advance sign-ups required during Sunday’s registration, Dollywood Hospitality table 6:30 a.m. Tour of Dollywood’s Splash Country 6:30 a.m. Tram service from Dollywood to Dollywood Splash Country (DSC) – Dollywood tram stop is located in the Bus Parking Lot, outside the Groups Entrance (just past exit of The Dollywood Emporium) 7 – 8:30 a.m. Continental breakfast at DSC – Wave Pool Deck 7 – 8:30 a.m. ERT at DSC – SwiftWater Run, Raging River Rapids, Big Bear Plunge, Slick Rock Racer. 7:45 a.m. Tram service begins - DSC to Dollywood, leave from DSC tram stop G/H 8:30 – 10 a.m. ERT at Dollywood – Mountain Slidewinder, , Daredevil Falls, Smoky Mountain River Rampage 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. ACE Lounge open – located in Apple Jack’s, across from Dolly’s Tennessee Mountain Home – #79 on park map (look for the banner) 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Photo & Newsletter contest open – ACE Lounge 9 a.m. Photo Safari – Wild Eagle 9:30 a.m. Photo Safari – Tennessee Tornado 10 a.m. Coaster Con XXXV group photo – Wild Eagle statue, arrive early, photo promptly at 10 a.m. 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Dollywood and DSC open to public – attendees may enjoy both Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country this day. Show lime green lanyard for admittance to DSC. 10:30 a.m. VIP Wings of America Birds of Prey Show (limited to first 225 people) – Wings of America Theatre, Q&A session, #67 on park map 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. ACE Coaster Con Presentations – Pines Theatre 1 – 2 p.m. ACE Coaster Con Video Contest – Pines Theatre, attendees must be in theatre prior to 1 p.m. 2:30 p.m. Shuttle service – Dollywood to Dixie Stampede, board at the Dollywood tram stop, located in the Bus Parking Lot, outside the Groups Entrance (just past exit of The Dollywood Emporium) – shuttles are available for all Coaster Con attendees. 3:30 p.m. Dixie Stampede Dinner Show – 3849 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 (offsite location) 5:30 p.m. Shuttle service – Dixie Stampede to Dollywood 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. ERT – Thunderhead, Mystery Mine, Lumberjack Lifts, Lil’ Loggers’ Landing, River Battle (until dark) 8:15 – 9:30 p.m. ERT – Wild Eagle

Thursday, June 21 - Carowinds

10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Carowinds open to public and attendees – show name badge or valid ACE membership card for free parking, attendees should park in the North Main Parking Lot Noon – 2 p.m. Welcome reception and buffet lunch – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion Welcome by Bart Kinzel (Vice President and General Manager) and Jerry Helms (VP of Operations), Carowinds Fun Photo Hunt instructions Menu: Peppercorn rib roast, loaded mashed potatoes, smoked chicken, smoked asparagus, fire roasted corn, Caesar salad, red velvet cake 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. Carowinds Fun Photo Hunt 5:30 – 7 p.m. Buffet dinner – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion Menu: Angus beef sliders, rotini pasta salad, pulled pork sliders with coleslaw, chips, mixed green salad 8 p.m. All attendees gather for park security sweep – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. ERT – Intimidator, Nighthawk, Boo Blasters on Boo Hill, WindSeeker, Character Carousel

Friday, June 22 - Carowinds

7:30 a.m. North Main Parking lot opens – show name badge or valid ACE memberhip card for free parking 7:30 – 7:45 a.m. Attendees meet at the Carowinds North Main Gate. 8 – 10 a.m. ERT – Afterburn, Lucy’s Crabbie Cabbie, Thunder Road, Woodstock Express, Woodstock Gliders 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Carowinds open to public and attendees 10:30 a.m. Carowinds Coaster Con Group photo – in front of Carowinds sign, located inside just over the bridge 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Buffet lunch – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion Menu: Intimidator hot dog, coleslaw, grilled Cajun chicken, potato salad, baked beans, house salad, chocolate cake 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Fast Lane Pass Find – four Carowinds Manager/Directors will carry Fast Lane Fasses during this time frame. The object is to locate a manager/director, and say, “Carowinds is the best park ever!” If the manager/director is carrying a Fast Lane Pass, it’s yours! This is only from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. 5:30 – 7 p.m. Coaster Con Closing Ceremony, buffet dinner – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion, Silent Auction, door prizes Menu: Roasted turkey, butternut squash, spiral ham, roasted potatoes, green beans, sweet pepper salad, cheesecake 8 p.m. All attendees gather for park security sweep – Plaza 2 Picnic Pavilion 8:30 – 10:30 p.m. ERT – Carolina Goldrusher, Carolina Cobra, , Hurler, , and Ricochet
