SPINNED METAL ONYX NATURAL STONE oola Oola combines the simple and clean shape of metal with an incredible natural mineral named Onyx, which allows the light to pass through, creating an ambient glow. The uniqueness of the translucency of Onyx is a beautiful and poetic way to enlighten a place. The contrast of these two materials attracts by itself, diffuses light ideal for different habits of contemporary living. OOLA OOLA Onyx is a type of Chalcedony, it´s caused by the accumulation of volcanic gases. Known not only for its hardness and grains, but for its uniqueness translucency, which creates a warm and special composition between shades and light. OOLA OOLA BARRO NEGRO POLISHED COPPER Cometa creates the feeling of a new delicate aesthetic. A closer look reveals that it is more than just simple and modern but elegant through its flawless craft manufacturing. We have made it our mission, to reveal the natural beauty of Barro Negro with its unique shine that comes out to its best by the simplicity of the object. Barro Negro is a special clay from San Bartolo Coyotepec, Oaxaca, characterized by its black colour. The special clay is just found in this area. The magic behind this material is the polishing process and the firing which requires a lot of experience, sensitiveness and time. cometa COMETA COMETA POLISHED BRASS RECYCLED HANDBLOWN GLASS For all of our products we use 100% recycled glass. This creates surprisingly tiny air bubbles inside the glass surface and creates a special appeal combined with light. Because of the artisanal hand driven process, every piece shows a unique personality. We use traditional methods together with high quality standards for our products. cupallo The shade of this handmade pendant lamp is a game of reflections due to diversity of materials combined in a basic shape. For the lense we use 100% recycled and handblown glass. Tiny air bubbles enclosed inside the material create a charming light effect and enhances the light distribution. CUPALLO CUPALLO POLISHED COPPER RECYCLED & HANDBLOWN GLASS After the big success of the cupallo in polished brass, it is now available in two new finishes. The copper version brings a warm touch to the collection and is the first piece that combines copper and handblown recycled glass. The hand spun solid copper sheets get moulded carefully into our signature edged terrace shape. cupallo copper For all of our products we use 100% recycled glass. CHROMED METAL RECYCLED & HANDBLOWN GLASS cupallo chrome The chrome finish is an elegant and chill version that brings the intriguing contrast of a cold material like metal together with the warmth of the glass. Every piece is hand spun brass finished in chrome. Hielo is the first object to combine TALAVERA Talavera pottery and state of the art lighting technology and is therefore an excellent example of modernity in Mexican craftsmanship. hielo Each Talavera piece is 100% handmade and painted with the “132 Virrey” pattern by Puebla artisans at Uriarte. This specific type of cantera rosa comes from the regions of San Luis Potosí, Morelia and Zacatecas in Mexico. It is a stone broadly used for structures and local architecture, since the prehispanic era and mainly during the colonial time, in cities all over Mexico. Softness and composition are some of its characteristics which makes it very noble to work with, allowing to carve with precision.
