Science Interests: Dr. France’s research group, The Colorado Ultraviolet Spectroscopy Program (CUSP), is an astrophysics research group at the University of Colorado. CUSP uses a combination of observation and space-borne experiments to study and their host stars, protoplanetary disks, supernova remnants and the ionizing radiation output of massive stars. CUSP comprises more than 30 researchers, including undergraduate and graduate students, research scientists, engineers, and faculty.
