The agency provides as a minimum EMT Basic medical response, rescue and extrication, as well as fire suppression services. In addition, Jenks Fire and Rescue are certified water rescue responders with several staff trained at the advanced life support level. The City of Jenks has also partnered with Emergency Medical Services Authority to provide transport medical care to area hospitals. Jenks has a fire insurance rating of 6.

The Jenks Fire Department is a “Safe Place” where youth in crisis can get immediate help. Safe Place sites are identified by the bright yellow and black diamond-shaped “Safe Place” signs or decals.

Located in the south quadrant of Jenks, The Ewing-Perryman Fire Station opened in 2005 to meet the demands of a growing community. This state-of-the art facility, which incorporated old and new architecture, serves the southern part of Jenks. The original town site fire station currently underwent renovations. With its new look and state-of-the-art facility, it is ready to serve its citizens and grow with the City.
