The first part of the tour you will sail to Spaarndam – known as the village of Hansje Brinker – and from here we take an easy ride into the beautiful city of Haarlem. Day 2 Haarlem - Keukenhof - Leiden 40 km Today you visit the Keukenhof gardens, the most beautiful spring park in the world with an overwhelming blaze of colours. The many blossoms, the flowering rhododendrons and azaleas are a feast to the eye! You spend the night in Leiden which is home to both Rembrandt and Armin van Buuren. Day 3 Leiden - Kudelstaart 45 km Today you bike from Leiden to Kudelstaart, continuing around the Haarlemmermeer. Imagine that this polder once was the biggest lake in Holland and nicknamed 'the waterwolf'. The cycle route leads you through the green heart of Holland, an area characterized by small cycle paths and a small town bor- dered by the Westeinderplassen. Alkmaar is above all Holland's cheese town. From April to September a traditional cheese market is held here on Friday mornings. The cheeses are sold by dealers on a clap of hands. Alkmaar is historical with around 400 heritage sites, canals and the main harbour. Day 6 Alkmaar - Purmerend 35 km Today you can discover the origin of Beemster cheese and the birthplace of the man who defeated 'the waterwolf', Mr. Leegh- water. The Beemster Polder, dating from the early 17th century, is an exceptional example of reclaimed land in the Netherlands. There will be time to visit the windmills at the Rijp. Day 7 Purmerend - Amsterdam 35 km Purmerend lies at the edge of an area called ‘ Waterland’ where roads and water are nearby and on the same level. We visit the village of Zunderdorp and Ransdorp. Wij herkennen ons in de nieuwe indicatoren die het CBS heeft voorgesteld. Wij zijn blij met de nieuwe verdeelsleutel van het CBS, omdat daarmee wordt erkend dat onderwijsachterstanden overal plaatsvinden. Graag overtuigen we u van de noodzaak van deze herverdeling om ook op kleinschalig niveau hulp te bieden aan kinderen met een (dreigende) onderwijsachterstand. Dichtbij huis de problematiek aanpakken en het kind zoveel mogelijk in de eigen leefomgeving ondersteunen: dat lijkt ons passend in een wereld waarin we zorg en onderwijs samenbrengen. De extra middelen die door de herverdeling bij onze gemeenten terechtkomen, willen we - naast de bestaande aanpak - graag gebruiken om de inzet op onderwijsachterstanden te intensiveren. Op die manier zijn we in staat om mogelijke problematiek vóór te zijn en ieder kind een eerlijke start in het onderwijs te bieden. Het gaat ons erom dat alle kinderen meedoen. We zien voorbeelden waarbij kinderen buiten de boot vallen, omdat ze niet mee kunnen komen en kunnen doen. Dat willen we niet! De professionals die met de kinderen werken, dragen ons voldoende plannen aan om ieder kind te helpen. Door de juiste inzet en een passend aanbod, bereiken we meer kinderen. Stede Aantal bijlagen Schermer, Broec en Texel. Geachte collegeleden, Vanaf 1 januari 2015 zijn alle gemeenten verantwoordelijk voor de aanpak van huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling. In een gezamenlijke regiovisie moeten de gemeenten aangeven hoe zij huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling willen bestrijden. Daarnaast moeten er afspraken worden gemaakt over prioriteiten en de besteding van de financiële middelen. Sinds 31 januari jl. is onder mijn voorzitterschap de Stuurgroep Jeugd en Veiligheid Noord-Holtend-Noord actief. In de stuurgroep zijn de drie regio's van NHN vertegenwoordigd door twee wethouders per regio en twee burgemeesters namens NHN, aangevuld met vertegenwoordigers van OM, Politie, Veiligheidshuis en de GGD. De Stuurgroep heeft opdracht gegeven aan de (centrum)gemeenten Alkmaar, Den Helder en Hoorn om een Regiovisie Huiselijk Geweld en Kindermishandeling in concept op te stellen. Alle gemeenten in Noord-Holland-Noord zijn zowel ambtelijk als bestuurlijk In de gelegenheid gesteld om hun reactie te geven op de eerste versie. De opmerkingen zijn verwerkt, hetgeen heeft geresulteerd in het bijgevoegde concept Regiovisie huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling Noord-Holland-Noord. De stuurgroep vraagt uw college om de volgende besluiten te nemen: ( -, 1. De Regiovisie huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling Noord-Holland-Noord ter vaststelling voor te leggen aan uw gemeenteraad. 2. De gemeenten Alkmaar, Den Helder en Hoorn opdracht te geven om samen met de regiogemeenten de Regiovisie nader uit te werken in regionale actieprogramma's voor de regio's Alkmaar, Kop van Noord-Holland en West-Friesland.
