A new home for McLaren Automotive’s exceptional range of supercars in Barcelona has officially opened with a spectacular launch event. Over 300 guests were given a first look at the brand-new McLaren Barcelona showroom with 600sqm available for the display of six cars, as well an extensive workshop facility, McLaren Qualified pre-owned section, classic car display in the basement and a collection of Formula 1 and MotoGP race suits. McLaren Barcelona is expanding McLaren Automotive’s presence in Spain in what promises to be an exciting year for the brand.

The striking, glass-fronted McLaren Barcelona retail facility is located in the rejuvenated L'Hospitalet de Llobregat region south-west of the city centre. It has been purpose-built to showcase the latest McLaren cars in spacious, contemporary surroundings, as well as delivering outstanding customer service for McLaren owners throughout Catalonia and the rest of Spain.

Inauguration of the new retailer comes at a time when the luxury supercar manufacturer from , UK prepares to expand its line-up even further. As well as the acclaimed high-performance McLaren models, 2020 sees the recently launched GT in its first full-year on sale, and the first deliveries of the fastest McLaren ever, the 403km/h (250mph) McLaren Speedtail. For McLaren Barcelona’s opening event, a McLaren Senna GTR in a beautiful Azure Blue livery took pride of place in the showroom area, alongside a McLaren P1™ GTR. The line-up also included a Veridian GT featuring the Premium Pack, Luxe Interior trim in Vintage Tan and 15-Spoke Forged Alloy Gloss Black Diamond Cut wheels, with a starting price point of 228,000€ in Spain. It was joined by a 720S Spider equipped with three exterior Carbon Fibre Packs, 10-Spoke Lightweight wheels finished in Platinum with Silver Brake Callipers. With an interior trimmed with Carbon Fibre Components and Sports Seats in Vintage Tan, the price for this 720S Spider starts from 328,500€. Also on display was a 600LT Spider in Lime Green priced from 288,000€ for the Spanish Market.
