Potential and Central Forms of Tourism in 21 Regions of Slovakia Importance and development priorities of regions The following previews list short characteristics of individual regions in terms of their current state, development possibilities and specific needs. The previews include a list of the most important destinations in the individual regions, the infrastructure that needs to be completed and the anticipated environmental impacts on tourism in the region. These lists are not entirely comprehensive and only include the main elements that create the character of the region as a tourist destination. 1. PRÍLOHA 55 ANNEX 3 PRÍHOVOR MINISTRA Vážené dámy, vážení páni, výročná správa Ministerstva dopravy, výstavby Rok dôležitých rozhodnutí neobišiel ani železnice. Odštartovali a regionálneho rozvoja SR za rok 2010, ktorú práve otvárate, sme ozdravenie železničných spoločností s cieľom zastaviť je správou zmien a dôležitých rozhodnutí. Hodnotíme v ich obrovské zadlžovanie. Napriek šetreniu pribudli našim nej obdobie, na ktoré sme sčasti nemali dosah – v polovici železniciam nové vlakové súpravy financované z eurofondov. roka sa zmenila vláda a s ňou aj vedenie a smerovanie V pláne je liberalizácia osobnej dopravy, v roku 2012 pribudne ministerstva. Nemenej podstatným faktom je, že v čase nový súkromný prepravca, čím sa zvýši konkurencia, ale aj bilancovania je rezort dopravy výrazne odlišný od toho, ktorý komfort pre cestujúcich. Zodpovedne pripravujeme nákladného tu fungoval vlani – rozšírené kompetencie zmenili jeho obsah prepravcu na vstup strategického partnera, podobne ako a tvár. v prípade bratislavského letiska. Kompetenčné zmeny platia od novembra 2010, resp. od Minulý rok bol na Slovensku zavedený elektronický výber mýta januára 2011. Verím, že rozšírený rezort bude naplno využívať pre vozidlá nad 3,5 t. -

Eurofondy 60 EU Funds Príhovor ministra Rok 2018 bol pre budúcnosť diaľničnej výstavby na Slovensku kľúčový. Podarilo sa nám dodržať náš plán a tento rok bol ro- kom súťaží. Nielen z pohľadu vypísaných diaľničných tendrov napríklad na úseky rýchlostné cesty R2 a R4, ale aj tendrov na rôzne stupne projektovej dokumentácie naprieč celým Slovenskom. Stavať sa dá totiž iba na pripravených úsekoch a to, čo sa nám podarilo v roku 2018, pomôže zdynamizovať výstavbu diaľnic a rýchlostných ciest v nasledujúcich rokoch. Zároveň sa podarilo ukončiť rokovania a rozbehnúť všetky potrebné procesy na výstavbu nových cestných mostov na južnej hranici. A zásadná zmena nastala aj na železnici. Definitívne boli vybraté prvé tri železničné trate určené na liberalizáciu verejnej železničnej dopravy transparentnými súťažami. Okrem toho sme výrazným spôsobom znova posilnili počet vlakov, ktoré jazdia po slovenských koľajniciach. To sa dlhodobo prejavuje aj na neustálom raste počtu prepravených pasažierov. V roku 2018 sa sfinalizovali práce na príprave nových stavebných predpisov. Ich návrh bol konzultovaný so širokou odbor- nou verejnosťou a v roku 2019 bude predložený do medzirezortného pripomienkového konania. Slovensko aj v roku 2018 pokračovalo v trende svojej prezentácie ako atraktívnej turistickej destinácie a znova bol prelo- mený rekord v počte turistov aj v počte prenocovaní. -

Integrated Transport and Green Infrastructure Planning in the Danube- Carpathian Region for the Benefit of People and Nature TRANSGREEN aims to contribute to safer and environmentally-friendly road and rail networks that are being developed in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and Ukraine. The Carpathians are an extraordinary TRANSGREEN place with wonderful natural treasures, including large Project Manager E carnivores. Large carnivores, such as bears, wolves and lynxes stand witness for the health of Carpathian ecosystems. Since we ourselves are the people living in the Carpathian area, we understand well the need for improved transport infrastructure in this region. At the same time, we need to identify good solutions to minimise the impact of new roads and railways on nature and wildlife in the Carpathians, all while using the Mitigation Hierarchy Principle: Avoidance, Mitigation and Compensation. TRANSGREEN’s vision is to create a better connected Carpathian Region with transport infrastructure
