The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that children should be getting approximately 60 minutes of aerobic activity daily. Playgrounds oer a perfect place for kids to run and climb, building strong bodies and minds. There are nine Park System locations that oer fun playgrounds your child is sure to enjoy including Dorbrook Recreation Area, Colts Neck; Manasquan Reservoir, Howell; Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park, Long Branch; and Tatum Park, Middletown.
