TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Attached is a copy of the Bicentennial Master Calendar of Events covering the period January, 1976 to December, 1976, inclusive. This Calendar has been designed principally for the logisticians in all organiza tions, governmental, private and public, who are responsible for providing services to satisfy the needs of the visitor to the Nation's Cap.ital during 1976.

All information from which this Calendar was prepared was current as of the date of this publication.

The Calendar contains events pertaining to Bicentennial activities in addition to local events with expectati9n of heavy crowd turnout. It has not been possible to obtain an accurate estimate of the "visitor impact" for the events listed and, where shown, the audience size estimate should be used with great caution. Users of the Calendar of Events are encouraged to contact the sponsors of the events for additional details, if required.

Additional information regarding the attached Calendar may be ob tained from James C. Lucore, Associate Director for Logistics and Visitor Services, of this Office, on 727-3076.
