DISTRIBUTED RATIONS TO SOME FAMILIES AND SCHOOLS USED AS EVACUATION CENTERS. 2. TUESDAY, 23/02/16: CEO/ GM/SG VISITED ALL SCHOOL WITHIN BA/TAVUA/RAKIRAKI PROVIDING RATIONS AND ASSESSING DAMAGES 3. WEDNESDAY, 24/02/16: CEO/GM/DEVASTHANAM BOARD VISITED ALL SCHOOLS AND TEMPLES IN BA/TAVUA/ RAKIRAKI DISTRIBUTED 4 GENERATORS TO GET THE SCHOOLS SOME POWER SUPPLY. 4. THURSDAY 25/02/16: CEO/SG/TIM PRESIDENT VISITED PENANG FOR A MEETING WITH THE MINISTER FOR EDUCATION. * 12 SANGAM SCHOOLS FULLY OR PARTIALLY DAMAGED BY CYCLONE WINSTON * TOTAL OF 8 TEACHERS QUARTERS FULLY OR PARTIALLY DAMAGED * TEMLPE DAMAGES:SRI SIVA SUBRAMANYA SWAMI TEMPLE KITCHEN AND OTHER ITEMS; KORONUBU TEMPLE; TAGITAGI KITCHEN AND SHED; VATUYAKA TEMPLE STORE ROOM; 5. STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING CONVENED ON 01/03/16: 6. FORMATION OF SUB-COMMITTEES: EDUCATION FINANCE RECONSTRUCTION JAI NARAYAN-CEO [CHAIR] DAMEND GOUNDER-SG [CHAIR] GANDHI MESTRY [CHAIR] KAMAL REDDY VIJAY NARAYAN KARNA W. LUNCH FOR ALL SANGAM SCHOOLS WHICH RESUMED CLASSES FROM 3RD MARCH ALREADY SUPPLIED AND THE MATHAAR SANGAM AND SCHOOL COMMITTEES HAVE TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY OF COOKING AND SERVING. ALL OTHER SCHOOLS THE LUNCH PROGRAM STARTED 7TH MARCH AND FULL WEEKLY RATIONS HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED TO ALL SANGAM AND SOME NON SANGAM SCHOOLS. 9. 6 MORE SCHOOLS PROVIDED WITH GENERATORS AS 8TH MARCH. Individual Sangam members here and overseas have also pledged and contributed to the account.
