Notice Inviting Tender National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Hereby Invites Bids Through E-Tendering from Experienced Notice Inviting Tender (National Competitive Bidding through e-Tendering mode only) National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) hereby invites bids through e-tendering from experienced firms / organizations for maintenance contracts for the following section of the National Highways: - Sl. Providing and Fixing of Solar Blinkers, Marking of Thermoplastic Paint and 16 Sign Boards at the specified locations (Old for the stretch of Ichapuram- No.5) Srikakulam- Anandapuram - Andhra 270.841 30,50,635 Visakhapatnam - Anakapalli section Pradesh i.e. from Km 470.415 to 741.256 (length -270.841 Kms) of NH-16 (NH- 5), in the state of Andhra Pradesh (2nd call). Cost of Bid Documents (Non-Refundable) : Rs. 5,000/- The preliminary requirements (detailed requirements are given in the Bid Document) of bidding firm / contractor for above packages are mentioned as under: - Bid Security Average Work of similar nature during Time for (Rs. lacs) Turn-over last 7 years completion during last 3 (Rs. lacs) years (Rs. lacs) 0.61 9.15 Single Work 24.40 15 days Or Two Works 15.25 each Or Three Works 12.20 each The Scope of Work includes, fixing of Solar Blinkers, marking of thermoplastic Paint and Sign Boards at the specified locations in view of the Road Safety, as per Technical Specification. It is mandatory for all the bidders to have Class-III Digital Signature Certificate (With Both DSC Components i.e. Signing & Encryption in the name of authorized signatory (who will sign the Bid) from any of the licensed Certifying Agency (Bidders can see the list of licensed CA’s from the link www.cca.gov.in to participate in e-tendering of NHAI. To participate in the e-bid, it is mandatory for the Applicants to get themselves registered with NHAI e-Tendering Portal (http://etenders.gov.in) free of cost. The detailed tender document can be viewed / downloaded from the website https://etenders.gov.in from 16.08.2017 to 23.08.2017(upto 12:00 Hrs) The complete Bid Document can be downloaded from the NHAI e-tendering portal free of cost. The amendments / clarifications to the bid document if any will be hosted on the above website. The bid should be submitted online in the prescribed format given in the website. No other mode of submission is acceptable. The authorized signatory holding Power of Attorney shall only be the Digital Signatory. In case authorized signatory holding Power of Attorney and Digital Signatory are not the same, the bid shall be considered non-responsive. The last date of submission of online Bid is 23.08.2017 upto 12:00 Hrs (as mentioned on the e-portal only) (“Bid Due Date”). The last date of submission of Physical Bids is 24.08.2017 upto 12.00 Hrs (IST). The Technical Bids (Online & Physical) would be opened on 24.08.2017 at 15.00 hrs., in presence of representatives of the bidders who choose to attend. However, such representatives shall be allowed to attend the opening of the bids only if they produce letter of authority on the letterhead of the bidder, at the time of opening of bids as mentioned above.
