Agreement for the Acquisition of Tropical Islands
Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. (“Parques Reunidos” or the “Company”), pursuant to article 227 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, hereby informs of the following MATERIAL FACT The Company has reached an agreement with Tanjong PLC to acquire the German water park “Tropical Island” for a total amount of EUR 226 million. The acquisition will be financed with an additional tranche to the group’s existing syndicated credit facilities, with similar conditions to the existing financing. The acquisition is yet pending clearance from the German Competition Authorities and other customary approvals. The transaction is expected to be closed by February 2019. The attached presentation will be delivered to analysts and institutional investors through conference call at 18:00 hours. In Madrid, on 11 December 2018 Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S. A.
