FULL-BLOWN HOME MAKEOVER CONTEST RULES

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Pennsylvania, LLC d/b/a WILK-AM/FM, WAAF-AM, WODS-AM, WGGY-FM, WKRZ-FM, WKRF-FM, and WMQX-FM (individually and collectively, as applicable, “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific Contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this Contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available on the Station’s websites at www.WILKNewsradio.com, www.Froggy101.com, www.985KRZ.com, and/or www.MAX1023.com. As a preventative measure in light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, copies of the specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules will not be available at the Station’s studio. To the extent the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest.

THIS CONTEST IS BEING CONDUCTED BY MULTIPLE RADIO STATIONS. LISTENERS TO EACH OF THESE RADIO STATIONS, AND/OR VISITORS TO EACH STATION’S WEBSITE, MAY ENTER FOR THE CHANCE TO WIN THIS CONTEST.

How to Enter 1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE “FULL-BLOWN HOME MAKEOVER CONTEST” (the “Contest”).

2. Beginning at 12:01am (ET) on March 15, 2021 through 11:59:59pm (ET) on April 11, 2021, enter the Contest by visiting www.WILKNewsradio.com, www.Froggy101.com, www.985KRZ.com, or www.MAX1023.com and clicking the “Full-Blown Home Makeover” Contest entry button.

3. Each entrant (“Entrant”) must fully complete and then submit the online Contest entry form with all of the required information as follows: a. Entrant’s name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, age, and phone number(s) (including area code(s)); b. Entrant’s may choose the Prize (as described in Section 7 below) they want to win by using the check box option to choose from up to eight (8) Prizes (as fully described in Section 7 below). Entrants may select as many Prizes as they want to win, but will only be eligible to win one (1) Prize in this Contest. Prizes (as fully described in Section 7 below) include the following: i. Metal roof up to $15,000 or $599.99 cash from Garvin Metal Roofs ii. Shingle roof up to $10,000 or $599.99 cash from Royal Roofing iii. Kitchen cabinets and countertops up to $5,000 or $599.99 cash from Cabinetry and Stone Depot iv. Bathroom remodeling up to $5,000 or $599.99 cash from Rudis Enterprises v. Siding and gutters up to $5,000 or $599.99 cash from Garvin Metal Roofs vi. Outdoor stone kitchen/grill up to $5,000 or $599.99 cash from Alaska Company vii. 4. As part of the entry process, Entrants may be provided with an opportunity to opt-in to receive solicitations from Garvin Metal Roofs, Royal Roofing, Cabinetry and Stone Depot, Rudis Enterprises, Alaska Company, Jack’s Construction, and Giant Floor, and/or to become a member/participate in Station clubs of (i.e., email clubs, and rewards programs), however, agreeing to receive such solicitations and/or accepting such membership is not a condition of entry into this Contest and will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Maximum of one (1) entry per email address in this Contest.

How to Win 6. On or about April 12, 2021, one (1) entry will be randomly selected from among all online entries received for each Prize (as described in Section 7 below) to receive that one (1) Prize in this Contest, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules (each a “Winner”). There will be one (1) Winner per Prize, for a total of eight (8) Winners in this Contest. An Entrant may only win once in this Contest.

Prize(s) 7. There will be up to eight (8) “Prizes” awarded in this Contest, as described below. Each Prize is ONE (1) of the following items: a. One (1) Prize is one (1) gift certificate from Garvin Metal Roofs located at 919 Jefferson Ave Scranton PA 18510 to be used towards a metal roof up to $15,000 or $599.99 cash. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements, third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations). This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. b. One (1) Prize is one (1) gift certificate from Royal Roofing located 22 Kulp Ave Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 to be used towards a shingle roof up to $10,000 or $599.99 cash. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. c. One (1) Prize is one (1) gift certificate from Cabinetry and Stone Depot located at 213 Mundy Street, Wilkes- Barre Township PA 18702 to be used towards kitchen cabinets and countertops valued at $5,000.00 or $599.99 cash. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements, third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations). This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. d. This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. e. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements, third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations). This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. g. One (1) Prize is one (1) gift certificate from Jack’s Construction located at 3162 Columbia Blvd, Bloomsburg PA 17815 to be used towards Deck or porch valued at $5,000.00 or $599.99 cash. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements, third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations). This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. h. One (1) Prize is one (1) gift certificate from Giant Floor 1345 PA-315, Wilkes-Barre PA 18702 to be used towards Karastan flooring products only valued at $10,000 or $599.99 cash. This Prize expires on December 31, 2021. Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements, third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations). This Prize does not include installation. Taxes are NOT included in this prize and are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner is responsible for any costs beyond the amount listed on the gift certificate. Prize must be used on a residential property and may not be used on a commercial property. i. Each Winner may either take the specified Prize listed above OR chose to receive $599.99 instead. If a Winner chooses to receive the $599.99 Prize instead of the listed services, that Prize will be awarded in the form of a corporate check from the Sponsor providing that Prize.

8. Winner(s) will be required to sign one or more affidavits and/or liability release agreements “as is”, provide a valid US federal or state government issued photo ID, social security number, and sign an IRS W-9 before the prize is awarded. Failure to do so for any reason within thirsty (30) business days of being notified by Station (which notification may be either one email and/or one telephone call or message left at the number provided) will result in automatic forfeiture of any Prize in this Contest and disqualification of such potential Winner.

9. Winners may NOT use any Prize for a commercial property. All Prizes are for residential properties only. Winners must utilize their Prize for installation services in a residence that the Winner and/or or their legal (per the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania) spouse are the legal record owner of a stand-alone or multi-family home or a condominium that is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Eligible House”). Station reserves the right to require that the Winners provide one or more documents to evidence eligibility and qualification (including, without limitation, deeds, tax records, or marriage certificates) in the event of an Issue Notice. If the Eligible Home is a condominium, then the Winner is solely responsible for research and obtaining any approvals from the homeowner’s associations (including, without limitation all costs and expenses associated with obtaining such approvals and authorizations). Eligible Winner may be required to have a standard homeowner’s insurance policy on the home before any work will commence at the home. Station may require proof of such policy.

10. All Prizes must be used within the dates set forth in Section 7 above. Prizes may be used in partial increments. Any unused portion of a Prize will not be refunded as cash, and unused balances will expire on the dates set forth above. If the purchase of any product or service from a Sponsor exceeds the amount of that Prize, then that Winner shall be solely responsible for the difference in the cost at time of Prize delivery or acceptance.

11. Prizes are non-transferable. No family member or other person may accept any Prize on behalf of a Winner.

12. Winners will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the use of their Prize, including, without limitation, those that involves installation and delivery to Winner’s residence and for dealing directly with all contractors. Station shall not be responsible for any work done by any Sponsor who is providing a Prize (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) or their contractors. Above listed prizes may be subject to other restrictions communicated to each Winner by the Sponsor who is providing that Prize (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below).

13. Winners must have a standard homeowner’s insurance policy on the home before any work will commence at the home. Station may require proof of such policy.

14. If an Eligible Home is a condominium, then that Winner is solely responsible for research and obtaining any approvals from the homeowner’s associations (including, without limitation all costs and expenses associated with obtaining such approvals and authorizations).

15. Like all work in a home, there is always the possibility of significant delays (due to delays in obtaining materials, supplies, third party contractors, etc…) before, during or after the construction of work and/or increased costs or time due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions. Winners understand and accept any such risk of delay or increased costs in excess of the line item caps above. Winners understand and agree that Station and the Sponsors (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) are not responsible for any delays or increased costs, except with respect to a specific Sponsor (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) if the delay is due solely to its gross misconduct or gross negligence.

16. Installation and delivery of materials and installation associated with each Prize shall be only to/at one address. Winner MAY NOT request installation or delivery to multiple addresses.

17. In the event that a Winner is unable or does not desire to use some or all of the Prize issued, such Prize will be forfeited and no compensation or substitution Prize will be awarded and Winner will still receive a IRS 1099 for 2021 for the full value of the prize issued, whether used or not. If a Winner elects not to receive some or all of the Prize, they must promptly execute a waiver releasing all claims associated with such Prize on or before 5:00pm (ET) on May 5, 2021 using a form provided by Station. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in their Prize being

awarded to the Winner and the Winner may receive a 1099 for the value of their whole Prize whether or not they elect to accept delivery or pick up their Prize.

18. There may be additional restrictions associated with or placed on each individual service/product provided above, which shall be communicated to each Winner.

19. Winners are responsible for any non-inclusive charges, delivery fees, tips, taxes, or deposits in addition to those costs already included in these official Contest rules.

20. Winners may be allowed to upgrade or purchase additional services not specifically listed in these official Contest rules and must negotiate said purchased upgrades or additional services directly with the Sponsor (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) who is providing their Prize. It is each Winner’s sole responsibility for contracting and remitting payment for these additional services. Station has no liability to any Winner or to the Sponsor who is providing each Prize (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) for the purchase of these upgrades or additional services. Station has no obligation whatsoever to any Winner for any such additional services or goods (of the failure of a Sponsor (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below)) to provide or adequately provide any such additional services or goods. All such arrangements are made by each Winner at their sole cost, expense and risk.

21. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, WINNERS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM WORK BEING CONDUCTED AT THEIR HOME AND AGREE TO COMPLETELY RELEASE STATION FROM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE DAMAGE OF ANY PROPERTY OR INJURY OF ANY PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRIZE AND THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE. THE FOREGOING SHALL NOT RELIEVE THE SPONSORS (AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7 ABOVE AND SECTION 24 BELOW) AND THEIR CONTRACTORS PERFORMING ANY WORK AT THE HOME FROM ANY LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OR OBLIGATION TO ANY WINNER OR OTHERS.

22. Neither Station, or any Sponsor (as described in Section 7 above and Section 24 below) has made or is responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any Prize or products or services redeemed from any Prize, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to any of the products or services received.

Odds of Winning: 23. The odds of winning a Prize in this Contest will depend on the number of entries received for each Prize.

Sponsor/Administrator 24. The sponsors of this Contest are Entercom Pennsylvania, LLC d/b/a WILK-AM/FM, WAAF-AM, WODS-AM, WGGY- FM, WKRZ-FM, WKRF-FM, WMQX-FM, Garvin Metal Roofs, Royal Roofing, Cabinetry and Stone Depot, Rudis Enterprises, Alaska Company, Jack’s Construction, and Giant Floor (each a “Sponsor” and collectively the “Sponsors”).

Other Rules Specific to this Contest 25. Station is conducting this Contest using proprietary software owned by a third party known as Second Street Inc. (“Second Street”). Second Street is not a sponsor of this Contest but entrants may be required, as part of the entry process, to agree and consent to Second Street’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (both of which are available via a link during the Contest entry process) (collectively, the “Second Street Policies”) and may be required to register with Second Street. While agreement to the Second Street Policies is required in order to enter this Contest, the Second Street Policies are not a part of these Contest rules but are a separate agreement between the entrant and Second Street. With respect to the conduct of this Contest by Station, in the event of any conflict between the Second Street Policies and the Station Contest rules, the Station’s Contest rules govern.

26. Station is not responsible for any error or technical malfunctions associated with the Second Street site that may affect any entrant’s ability to enter, to win, or to be properly considered in this Contest, regardless of the

cause. In the event of a malfunction associated with the Second Street site that Station (in its sole discretion) deems to materially and adversely affect this Contest, Station reserves the right to suspend this Contest, terminate this Contest without a Winner, terminate this Contest and select a Winner early, provide alternative means of entry or any other changes to these Contest rules that Station deems appropriate under the circumstances. Any such changes, terminations or suspensions will be announced on air and/or posted on the Station’s website, if applicable.

27. Employees of Second Street and its affiliates, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win in this Contest.

Additional Eligibility Requirements 28. In addition to (and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in) the eligibility restrictions set forth in the Station’s general contest rules, employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies at any time during the applicable contesting period and the immediate family (i.e., current and ex- spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings and in-laws and steps in any of the foregoing categories) and other household members (i.e., roommates, housemates, significant others, and partners of each legally residing at the same address) are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

Official Rules & Winner List Requests 29. For a copy of these Official Rules or for a list of prize winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Full- Blown Home Makeover Contest, c/o Entercom, 305 Highway 315, Pittston, PA 18640. PLEASE SPECIFY which you are requesting, official rules or winner list. Requests must be received by August 30, 2021. Winner list will be available after April 12, 2021.
