PRIOR LAKE – NOVEMBER 26, 2018 – Grand Funk Railroad, the rock group known as “The American Band,” is coming to the Mystic Showroom® on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 8 p.m. Grand Funk’s 2019 American Band Tour marks a 50-year milestone and will reach both new and long-time fans with hits such as “We’re an American Band,” “I’m Your Captain/Closer to Home,” “Locomotion,” and “Some Kind of Wonderful.”
Known for its signature hard driving sound, soulful vocals, and forceful pop melodies, Grand Funk Railroad includes original founding members Don Brewer (vocals and drums) and Mel Schacher (bassist), as well as singer Max Carl, lead guitarist Bruce Kulick, and keyboardist Tim Cashion.
