Duluth’s pitching staff set TML Records For most CG (115), fewest GR (54) and tied the TML Record for fewest Blown Saves (2). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11/5/1946, NA46-MO46, Ebbets Field Mike Ameen’s North Adams Bevers won their first ever franchise TML Championship in defeating Bill Graham’s Moosen Squirrel in 6 games! North Adams had advanced to the World Series by edging past Sonoma in hard fought 7 games. Moosen’s first ever trip to the World Series was made possible by taking out Duluth in a surprising 5 games! Playoff MVP for the Bevers was Dixie Walker who batted .411 (23/56), with 4 walks, 13 runs scored and 11 RBI in the 13 games.
